Lindsay Lohan Posted Bail Real Quick

Lindsay Lohan got $10,000 real fast yesterday in order to have her bench warrant recalled, and we’ve learned the money came from Lindsay’s camp … from Tennessee!

Sources tell us bail was posted at 2:00 PM yesterday, just a few hours after the court hearing.

We’re told Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, did not come up with the cash.  The $10 grand — the standard 10% — was wired from Tennessee by Lou Taylor, Lindsay’s business manager.

Bail was posted by David Perez Bail Bonds.  Incidentally, the paperwork is dated 5/19 — the day before the hearing –  but it’s a clerical error.  All of the paperwork was filled out and filed yesterday.

There are, apparently, certain things even Lindsay will do promptly.`

Ex-NHL Star Accused of Sex Crime Against Daughter

A former L.A. Kings hockey player-turned-assistant coach was arrested this morning in Washington D.C. for allegedly sexually abusing a 21-year-old woman — his own daughter.

TMZ has learned 51-year-old Mark Hardy is in police custody after his daughter told cops that Mark “put his hand down [her] shorts and touched her genital area without her permission.”

Hardy was arrested at the legendary Mayflower Hotel in D.C. — where the alleged incident was said to have occurred early this morning. He’s set to face a judge later today on the charge of misdemeanor sexual abuse.

So far, no comment from the L.A. Kings.

Lindsay Lohan Books Flight

TMZ has learned … Lindsay Lohan is booked on a flight from Nice, France to L.A. tomorrow, via Paris.  Whether she really gets on the plane, however …

Sources say Lindsay is still scrambling to hitch a ride on a private jet, but she’s willing to endure first class on commercial.

We’re told Lindsay has multiple photocopies of her new passport.  Then again, so much can go wrong from Cannes to the airport …

Michael Jackson’s Tomb — Flower Power

Michael Jackson’s tomb is ensconced in sunflowers after last week’s delivery.

After Lisa Marie Presley made a plea for more flowers at MJ’s final resting place, a flower shop delivered about 1,500 sunflowers (Jackson’s fav) to Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, CA.

Along with the delivery, there appear to be several individual arrangements … with cards and all.

Ronan Keating’s friend is amazed by his marriage split.

The Boyzone singer – who has three children, Jack, 11, Marie, nine and Ali, four, with his model wife Yvonne – announced his break-up yesterday (20.05.10), much to the amazement of Andrew Cowles, who never saw any sign of cracks in the relationship.

Andrew – the widower of Ronan’s bandmate Stephen Gately – said: “I didn’t see any signs that they would break up. I sent them both lovely messages, as they’re both friends, and it’s sad because they were a great couple.”

Andrew also spoke of his delight that his late husband’s new book ‘The Tree of Seasons’ – which Stephen was pages off finishing when he died – has made the best-sellers list in its first week of release.

Speaking at the Caudwell Children Butterfly Ball in London’s Battersea Park, Andrew told BANG Showbiz: “I had a text from Ronan last night when the charts came out –but he couldn’t make it to the celebrations.

“I’m loving it, it’s great to see it in real book shops, Stephen would have been so happy.”

The book features a foreword from Sir Elton John and David Furnish, and was completed by Stephen’s close friends and family using the detailed notes he left about how he wanted his children’s fantasy novel to end.

Lindsay Lohan — One if By Land, Two if By Sea

Lindsay Lohan is asking for it … if and when she comes home from France, because the judge ain’t gonna like what she’s about to see.

Beverly Hills’ flakiest probationee got off a yacht in Cannes this morning — at around  7:30 AM to be specific … after a night of partying.

Sources tell TMZ Lindsay has booked a flight that will take her back to L.A. tomorrow, but who knows if she’ll actually board.  We’re told Lindsay is asking around for a private jet to ferry her home.  So far, no one is biting.

Lindsay is scheduled to be in court on Monday at 8:30 AM — but we’re filing that under “Believe it when we see it.”

Robert Pattinson’s hair has gone missing.

The ‘Twilight’ heartthrob – who showed off his newly-shorn locks earlier this week – is concerned some of his tresses may end up being sold at auction after they vanished from the hairdresser’s floor.

A source is quoted by gossip website Absolute Now as saying: “Robert has had his hair cut short for a movie role but his discarded hair has gone missing.

“Someone collected it and Rob is concerned it will end up in some tacky auction. It’s probably about the most valuable hair in showbiz!”

When quizzed as to why he cut off his famous blond hair, Robert – who is dating his ‘Twilight’ co-star Kristen Stewart – claimed it was due to an infestation of head lice.

He joked: “I got a terrible infestation of nits and I had to shave it off.”

The ‘Remember Me’ star showed off his new look during a romantic break with Kristen to mark his 24th birthday last week.

The ‘Twilight’ actor – who turned 24 on May 13 – spent last weekend at the Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Beach where they dined at the Raya restaurant before taking a midnight stroll on the beach.

A source said: “They were making small talk, not chatting a lot, but seemed very comfortable with one another. They were low-key and not bugged by other guests, left to their own devices.”

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Yvonne was heartbroken but she made her mind up on the spot. The cracks were there already, but this was the final straw. She isn’t the sort of person to forgive and forget. Ronan has accepted her decision.”

Ronan and the former model – who married in 1998 – have known each other since they were youngsters and have three children, Jack, 11, Marie, nine, and Ali, four, together.

It has been reported the hunky pop star was unfaithful with a backing dancer – rumoured to be pretty blonde Francine Cornell – who is now in discussions to sell her story.

Last night (20.05.10), friends of the couple were shocked by the news of their split.

One pal told the Daily Star newspaper: “It is hard for the wife of any pop star when they go off on tour. The separation can take its toll on relationships. Situations that normally would not arise can get out of proportion. We hope Ronan and Yvonne can get through this.”

Boyzone manager Louis Walsh – who has known the pop star since his career began in 1993 – was also stunned by the news.

He said: “I didn’t see it coming at all. Ronan and Yvonne have always been very close. They were a great couple and spent their time together. It’s come as a total surprise to everyone.”

Michael Jackson Appearance Triggers Suit

Even in death, Michael Jackson generates lawsuits … this time it involves a douchey clothing designer, a car museum and a phantom gun.

Photographer Stephen Winick claims he was brutally attacked by security guards hired by Christian Audigier of Ed Hardy fame during his 50th birthday party.  Michael Jackson attended the bash, which was thrown at the Petersen Automotive Museum in L.A.

In Winick’s lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, he claims he innocently snapped a pic of Jackson, but Audigier was upset and wanted to delete the photo.  So Winick claims Audigier unleashed his guards, who then allegedly beat the crap out of Winick.

Winick says one of the guards yelled “gun, gun” to amp up the attack.

In addition to Audigier, Winick is suing Ed Hardy, the museum and the guards.  He wants unspecified damages.

The Jonas Brothers had to be rescued after they were trapped in an elevator for 45 minutes.

The squeaky clean pop trio – made up of Kevin, Nick and Joe – had just treated thousands of fans to a free concert at The Grove in Hollywood on Saturday (15.05.10) but the siblings’ joy was short-lived after they got stuck in the enclosed space.

Joe said: “We were stuck in an elevator with eight people and our security guard Big Rob.”

Diabetic Nick was particularly worried as he didn’t have his medication on him.

He said: “I didn’t panic. I just didn’t have my blood-sugar checker with me. No one had it on them, and I was afraid that if my blood-sugar level went low in an elevator we wouldn’t be able to do anything about it.”

Joe admitted it had seemed quite funny at first but the longer it went on, the more they began to panic.

He added to People magazine: “It went from, ‘Okay, this is hilarious, we’re stuck in an elevator, okay press the button,’ to ‘This is crazy, okay, I can’t breathe, this is insane.’ “

Luckily the panic was soon over as the fire department came to their rescue.

Joe revealed: “It ended with the fire department coming through with axes.”

Lindsay Won’t Be Arrested, Bail Posted

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan will not be arrested, because she has already posted bail and the arrest warrant has been recalled.

Earlier today the judge set the bail at $100,000.  We’re told Lindsay’s people promptly plunked down $10,000 (the standard 10%) to secure the bond and the judge then recalled the warrant — meaning Lindsay will not be arrested when she returns to the U.S.

We’re told Lindsay and her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, will be in court on Monday at 8:30 AM.  The judge will then set a date for a probation violation hearing.

Judge Marsha Revel said this morning there was probable cause to believe Lindsay has violated the terms of her probation.

Lindsay Lohan Will Be Stopped at Customs

Lindsay Lohan’s last moments of freedom are going to be on the airplane ride home … this according to a rep for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection who spoke with TMZ.

The rep says, “Anyone who enters the country who has an active warrant in the law enforcement database will be detained by their office and local authorities will be called.”

Law enforcement sources in L.A. tell us either the Los Angeles Airport police or the LAPD would then take Lindsay into custody and book her.

French Police: LiLo Didn’t Report Stolen Passport

Cops in Cannes, France tell TMZ Lindsay Lohan did NOT report her “stolen“ passport to them … contradicting what LiLo’s lawyer said today during the hearing.

According to French cops, they have no record of any police report filed by Lindsay as far back as Tuesday, when the passport mysteriously and allegedly went missing.

LiLo’s Judge’s Husband — Secret Travel Agent Man

TMZ has learned there’s a good reason Judge Marsha Revel isn’t buying Lindsay Lohan’s “my dog ate my passport so I couldn’t make it to court” excuse — her husband ran a major travel company.

Judge Marsha’s husband, Jack Revel, owned Revel Travel, based in Bev Hills. Revel sold the company (though he’s still affiliated with it) and is now President of TravCom, which works with travel agencies.

So when the judge told Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, that LiLo could have gotten a temporary passport in time to make a flight to the U.S., it’s because she knows what she’s talking about.

We’re also guessing when Lindsay claimed all the flights back to L.A. were booked because of the volcano … the judge knew what we know — seats were definitely available.

In other words, neither Lindsay, nor her excuses were flying today.

Cops Pull Guns in Suge Knight Arrest

A witness in the Suge Knight incident told police that the rap mogul pointed a gun at another car this morning — while sitting in the driver’s seat of his own SUV, this according to law enforcement sources.

We’re told that after cops received the information, officers located Suge’s car in the Los Angeles area and initiated a “high risk stop.”

We’re told multiple officers drew their firearms and ordered Suge — and two other women — out of the vehicle.  Suge was eventually taken into custody and arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and driving on a suspended license.

Suge’s bail has been set at $65,000.

LT’s Alleged Pimp Charged with Sex Trafficking

The alleged pimp suspected of bringing a 16-year-old girl to Lawrence Taylor’s motel room earlier this month has been formally charged with sex trafficking.

TMZ has learned a federal grand jury has indicted Rasheed Davis (seen left) for allegedly transporting an underage girl across state lines for the purpose of prostitution.

The indictment, filed in federal court in New York, alleges that Davis used “force, threats of force and coercion to compel [the alleged victim] to engage in a commercial sex act with another person for a fee of $300, which was ultimately paid to Davis.”

As we previously reported, Lawrence Taylor has been charged with paying the 16-year-old girl $300 — though the football legend denies he had sex with the girl.

Lindsay Lohan — It’s Everyone’s Fault But Mine

Lindsay Lohan has been blaming everyone under the sun but herself for the predicament she’s in … multiple sources tell TMZ — a predicament that could land her in jail.

TMZ broke the story … Lindsay will be a no-show in court this AM because, she claims, her passport was stolen, making it impossible for her to fly from Cannes to L.A. for her probation progress report hearing.

Our sources say Lindsay is blaming everyone — even her alcohol ed instructor.  We’re told Lindsay claims the instructor made it “uncomfortable” for her to attend the required number of classes because she claims the instructor was texting that she wanted to hang out with her.   As for why she’s stuck in France — Lindsay has a list of people to blame … and she’s not on the list.

We’re told Lindsay’s likely return date is Friday.  She needs to attend 3 more alcohol ed classes to comply with the terms of probation.  Those courses should have been completed by today, but the best she can hope for is a judge who believes in the saying, better late than never.

Judge Marsha Revel will almost certainly issue a bench warrant this morning for Lindsay’s arrest.  Sources say, however, the judge will not go gunning for cops to arrest Lindsay when she lands in L.A.  In fact, it wouldn’t be unusual if the judge gives Lindsay the chance to surrender herself to the court next week.

There’s no room for argument — Lindsay has violated the terms of her probation and we’re told the D.A.’s office thinks some jail time is in order.

Judge Revel has given Lindsay so many chances, there’s not a lot of wiggle room left.  It was possible the judge could have blamed Lindsay’s lapses on miscommunication between the court and the alcohol ed program, but blowing off the court date is going to make it really, really hard for the judge to show mercy.

Justin Bieber thinks he is a “great” kisser.

The 16-year-old singer insists that despite his young age, he has already grown romantically close to more than one person, and believes his smooching technique is better than average.

He said: “I’m a good – I’m a great kisser. I’ve made out with a couple of chicks.”

The ‘Baby’ hitmaker – who was given a Range Rover car by his mentor Usher as a 16th birthday gift – also revealed he loves to take his dates out in the vehicle so they can find a secluded place to stop.

He added on the Johnjay and Rich radio show: “I mean, if you’re driving you make a little stop at, you know, the Wal-Mart rest stop… you’re good.”

Usher recently revealed that as well as taking control of Justin’s music career, he has also taught him how to handle himself with women.

He said: “Justin is 16 so he can’t really hang out yet. But as a youth, I was running the streets with Puffy and that’s basically how I made my start so I keep promising I’ll get him in a club one time, maybe it’ll be a party or something.

“But he knows exactly what to do with the screaming girls. I taught him well.”

Jesse James — Don’t Call Me A Nazi!!!!

Jesse James wants to set the record straight — he no longer wants to be referred to as a Nazi … or as that dumbass who cheated on Sandra Bullock.

James is making his plea to an L.A. County Superior Court judge, in a case where Jesse is accused of screwing over a clothing company.  The case is about to go to trial — and now Jesse has filed documents making it clear that his personal life is out-of-bounds.

In the docs, filed last week, Jesse asks the judge to disqualify any arguments that involve:

- Jesse’s sexual behavior
- The phrase “most hated man in America” to describe Jesse
- Any mention of the word “nazi” or “nazis” to describe Jesse
- The terms, “monster … skin head … racist … homophobe … prostitute … cheating … cheater”
- Sandra Bullock … and/or films or photographs of Sandra Bullock
- Any allegation that Jesse engaged in acts involving “moral turpitude”
- Anything that has to do with adoption
- Bombshell McGee

Jesse believes the issues listed above have no relevance to the clothing line case — we’ll see if the  judge agrees.

Homeless Man: I Warned Cruz’s Wife of Murder Plot

One of the homeless men cops worked with to bust former Food Network host Juan-Carlos Cruz says he warned Cruz’s wife, Jennifer Campbell, that he had been paid to kill her.

David Walters — aka Big Dave — one of the men who told TMZ about the alleged murder-for-hire plot — now tells us two days before he and his homeless friends informed cops about the plot, he went to the location where Cruz allegedly said Dave could find Campbell — a private training facility in Westwood, CA.

Dave says at around 5 PM he showed up at the building, spotted Campbell and told her, “I’ve been hired to kill you, but I’m not gonna do it.”  Dave says Campbell responded, “That’s not true.  I don’t know what you’re talking about.”  Dave retorted, “Yes it is.”  Dave says Campbell then kicked him in the stomach and ran from the building.”

Cruz was arrested a week ago and then charged with attempted murder and solicitation of murder.

We’ve learned the 3 homeless men never told cops about Big Dave’s meeting with Campbell.  But the men say they never told Santa Monica detectives the story because the cops never asked.

TMZ broke the story that Campbell told people she was suicidal over the couple’s inability to have children — but could not take her own life because of her deeply held religious belief that suicide is a mortal sin.  We’re told this could have been a murder/suicide concocted by Cruz to fulfill his wife’s wishes.

Cheryl Cole only started to feel “womanly” three years ago.

The Girls Aloud singer  – who regularly tops polls to find the best dressed women in the world - has revealed she felt a lot more comfortable in trainers and casual clothing until a few years ago, when she suddenly realised wearing pretty clothes and high-heeled would make her feel better about herself.

She explained in an interview with Stylist magazine: “About three years ago, I started to realise if you wear a pair of heels you feel more womanly. It was a ‘penny drop’ moment. I’d argue with the stylist and the girls to wear trainers all the time. I only developed all those ‘womanly’ things in the past three years. I’d snap my neck for shoes and handbags.”

The 26-year-old beauty also likes to wear her hair in “big” styles to keep her looking feminine.

She added: “Well you always feel good once you’ve sprayed your hair. The higher the hair, the closer to heaven. It’s true. If I could have it higher, I would.

“It just makes you feel more womanly. I would rather have big hair and no make-up on than make-up and flat hair. All the way.”
