‘Survivor’ Producer Wants Custody of Children

TMZ has learned one of Bruce Beresford-Redman’s first moves now that he is back in Los Angeles is to regain custody of his children.

The body of Bruce’s wife, Monica Beresford-Redman, was discovered on April 8 in a sewer at the Moon Palace Resort in Cancun. TMZ broke the story that Beresford-Redman is back in L.A. Now his lawyer, Richard Hirsch, says that since his client has not been accused of a crime, he has a legal right to custody of his children.

Hirsch adds, “That is probably what is going to happen next.”

Beresford-Redman’s parents currently have temporary guardianship of his two children.

Hirsch tells TMZ Beresford-Redman has already retained a family law attorney to assist him.

‘Survivor’ Producer Back in U.S.

TMZ has learned Bruce Beresford-Redman — the former “Survivor” producer who was not allowed to leave Mexico during the investigation into his wife’s murder — has returned to Los Angeles.

Richard Hirsch, Beresford-Redman’s lawyer, tells TMZ that Mexican officials allowed his client to leave the country. As Hirsch puts it, “He has been informed that he has no legal obligation to remain in Mexico pending an investigation into the tragic death of his wife, Monica.”

Hirsch tells TMZ his client “has returned to Los Angeles County to be with his children and attend to family and personal matters.”

Hirsch adds, “He is devastated by the loss of his wife, best friend, and the mother of his children. He and his family are requesting that their privacy be respected during this time of great grief and sorrow.”

Michael Madsen: Little Crazy? Yes. Suicidal? No!

Michael Madsen was taken to the hospital in London after a night of drinking — but reports of him being placed on suicide watch are “not even close” … sources tell TMZ.

We’re told Madsen did have “an incident” — boozing, followed by an ambulance ride, followed by several attempts to escape the ambulance — but a source close to the actor says it was “nothing even close to suicide watch,” adding, “He would never do that.”

We’re told Madsen is already on his way back to the States.

Back in 2008, Madsen was taken to a hospital on a 5150 hold.

Kylie Minogue has promised to keep showing off her famous butt.

The 42-year-old singer insists she has no intention of hiding her petite rear – which was first made famous by a pair of gold hotpants in her ‘Spinning Around’ video – as she gets older.

Kylie – who is seen in tiny black pants in the promo for new single ‘All the Lovers’ – said: “I won’t be covering up my bum as I get older. Every time I put on a pair of hotpants I think, ‘This is the last time.’ But it’s not. It makes me laugh that my bum has become such an obsession!”

The Australian pop star also revealed she has a little help to make sure her bottom always looks its best in videos.

She confessed: “When it came to the video and I knew I was going to be in tiny hotpants again, I was like, ‘Cover my legs and bum with body make-up.’ It’s definitely the way forward and my secret to having a great bottom.”

The Australian pop star intends to keep on touring for years like her idol Madonna – who is still flashing the flesh on stage at 51 – but admits she doesn’t have the same commitment to fitness as the ‘Hung Up’ singer.

Kylie – whose new album ‘Aphrodite’ is released on July 13 – added: “I’m going to still tour when I’m Madonna’s age then I’ll probably have to start doing some serious working out to keep in shape. I certainly don’t work out like Madonna, that’s hardcore! In fact I don’t really work out at all.”

This leads to a disaster that has shocked every woman’s heart and has almost grounded Ronan’s faithful image.

It is rumoured that Francine Cornell dumped her long-term boyfriend Nick Robbins in October,  after getting continuous text messages from Ronan all day long.

According to the Sunday Mirror Nick’s father Royston said:  “They had been together for three years. I think they had discussed marriage. He took her all over the world on holidays. ”

“She moved into his Chelsea flat and he helped her career. He boosted her confidence and encouraged her to go to auditions. He was really pleased for her when she began working with Ronan. ”

“I remember thinking something didn’t seem right with Francine. Nick had remarked to me and to his brother Andrew that she was working with Ronan Keating and that she seemed to be always receiving text messages from him.”

“He didn’t seem to be jealous about it, he just thought there were rather a lot of them. The next thing I heard was that she had told him, in front of all their friends on holiday, that she wanted to end things. It was October 25, Nick’s 30th birthday.”

The statement on Keating’s website  said: “With great sadness Ronan and Yvonne Keating today announce their separation. The separation is amicable and they will continue to work together in order to provide the best for their children.”

Ronan  married Yvonne in 1998, after his beloved mother Marie died from breast cancer, they have three children -Jack, 11, Marie, nine and Ali, four.  Ronan has paid visits to his family priest to confess his sins and seek forgiveness.

Ronan Keating Wants to save his marriage

The Boyzone singer is distraught to think his 12-year union to wife Yvonne could be over following her discovery he has been having an affair with backing dancer Francine Cornell and has cancelled all work commitments for the next three weeks in a bid to save his relationship.

The 33-year-old singer performed with his bandmates at the SkyDance music festival in Zurich, Switzerland, on Friday (21.05.10) but is now flying back to the family home in Dublin, Ireland, to try and convince Yvonne, 36, to give their marriage another chance.

According to the News of the World newspaper, Ronan told a friend: “I’m devastated. I know what I did was wrong. I feel terrible about what this has done to Yvonne. But I’m not prepared to give up on my marriage. I’ve cancelled everything and I’m going back to Dublin to make this work.”

Despite Ronan’s hopes, Yvonne – who has three children, Jack, 11, Marie, nine and Ali, four, with the pop star – is completely devastated by the revelations and although she is prepared to meet with her husband he will not move back into the family home.

A source said: “Yvonne is completely shocked, upset and hurt. This has hit her very hard and she’s not ready to even think about a future with Ronan. At the moment she feels betrayed and she can’t see a way back.”

The ‘Lost For Words’ singer is alleged to have been having an affair with Francine, 26, for seven months after meeting her when she was employed as a dancer on Boyzone’s UK tour last year.

He is said to have fallen for her and endlessly bombarded her with text messages when they were apart.

A source told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: “The affair had been going on for around seven months. It was broken off a couple of times but not for long as Ronan can’t stay away from her. He’s obsessed with Francine – besotted.”

Tila Tequila to Enter ‘Celebrity Rehab’

Tila Tequila is finally seeking professional help — TMZ has confirmed through multiple sources that the bisexual reality star has committed to do the next season of VH1’s “Celebrity Rehab” … if it doesn’t get canceled first.

It’s unclear what personal demon Tila will try to conquer with the help of Dr. Drew — but it certainly won’t be her addiction to attention.

But there’s one major catch — as we previously reported — VH1 is having problems finding other “celebrities” to rehabilitate … and if they don’t find a cast quick, the show could be killed.

So far, no word on who else the show has its sights set on.

The person who wired Lindsay Lohan’s bail money at lightning speed last Thursday also helped Britney Spears get back on track  … and she’s considered a behind-the-scenes wheeler dealer who pushes some pretty controversial born-again views.

Lou Taylor — who has a financial management company in Nashville, Tennessee — quietly came on board with Lindsay a few months ago.

Taylor is not only considered genius in the money department, she’s a huge personality with a moral force that easily rivals her hubby, who’s a minister.

Sources say one of the reasons Taylor came on board with Lindsay is because of her fire and brimstone approach to handling her clients.  We’re told Taylor is not shy about pushing her born again religious views … something we’re told scared the hell out of Britney … but we’re also told Brit got over it when Taylor engineered the financial end of Brit’s very successful concert tour.

Taylor reps a bunch of Hollywood types as well as Nashville singers.  One person who currently works with Taylor says, “She takes BS  from no one. It’s like having a mother with an iron fist who just fiercely tries tries to protect her clients.”

Another source says Taylor’s influence is so strong, it’s like having an “interventionist” on her clients’ team.

Taylor is the one who ripped Dr. Phil a new one for trying to do a Britney intervention on his television show in the middle of her 5150 hold.

Sources say Taylor has helped Lindsay in the financial chaos department.  In the intervention department … not so much.

Kim Kardashian cried over her breasts when she started puberty.

The curvy socialite hated it when her body developed earlier than her schoolmates and was embarrassed by her changing figure.

She said: “I was the first girl in my class to wear a bra. I remember crying in the bathtub. All my friends were super-skinny.”

The 29-year-old beauty even adopted a ritual in a desperate bid to stop her breasts growing.

She explained: “I took a washcloth, made it hot, put it over my chest and prayed, ‘Please don’t let them grow any bigger. They’re embarrassing me.’”

Kim eventually changed her attitude after speaking with her mother Kris Jenner.

She told Shape magazine: “She helped me with my outlook: I have curves and that’s never going to change, so I’d better start embracing them.”

Kim recently admitted she only posed for Playboy in December 2007 because her mother encouraged her to do appear in the adult publication’s pages.

She said: “I’m sorry I did Playboy. I was uncomfortable.

“‘Go for it,’ my mother said, ‘They might never ask you again. Our show isn’t on the air yet. No one knows who you are. Do it and you’ll have these beautiful pictures to look at when you’re my age.’ “

Janet Jackson stayed away from televisions following the death of her brother Michael Jackson last June.

The 44-year-old singer and actress confesses she had a tough time when shooting her latest movie ‘Why Did I Get Married Too?‘ because of Michael’s death of an Propofol overdose last year, but channelled her energy into the film and stayed in touch with her family to check up on details.

Speaking at a special screening of the film at the Brixton Ritzy Cinema, London, Janet told BANG Showbiz:  “It was very tough at times. It was very, very difficult. I just tried to do my best. It was very therapeutic and very draining in other ways. You know, it never left my mind what was going on.

“I stayed away from watching any television whatsoever, but I stayed in touch with my family on a daily basis. It was difficult at times but it helped me to heal. The tears in the film, those were real tears.”

Recently her ex-boyfriend Jermaine Dupri claimed the ‘All For You‘ singer no longer wanted to make music as her albums do not sell as well as they used to.

He said: “Last time I heard she really didn’t want to do an album. She wanted to just do singles every once in a while. She’s looked at the marketplace -albums are not really doing what they usually do when you put all this budget out there. Janet is just trying to figure out her landscape.”

Ronan Keating’s wife allegedly found flirty text messages on a secret mobile phone hidden in a bag.

Yvonne – who has been married to the Boyzone star for 12 years – confronted the singer about the secret phone, leading to a confession of an affair with dancer Francine Cornell.

A source told the Sun newspaper: “Yvonne confronted Ronan with a phone – there was nothing he could say. “She ordered him to leave the family home and told him the marriage was over. She’d heard whispers and rumours about him cheating with Francine during the tour. The dancing on stage was very raunchy, but she’d got used to that over the years and trusted him.

“When she saw the texts on the secret phone she was devastated. She realised he’d been lying. The bottom just fell out of her world. Ronan could only admit what had happened and take it. They agreed to put out a joint statement about their separation.”

The pair have three children -Jack, 11, Marie, nine and Ali, four – and announced in the statement earlier this week their split would be “amicable”. Friends of Ronan’s have revealed their shock of the split – Andrew Coles, the widower of Ronan’s bandmate Stephen Gately, said he had seen no cracks in their relationship.

He told BANG Showbiz: “I didn’t see any signs that they would break up. I sent them both lovely messages, as they’re both friends, and it’s sad because they were a great couple.”

Lindsay’s Lawyer — The Judge Is TMZ Free

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer told TMZ not to flatter itself by thinking Judge Marsha Revel would consider the now-famous photo we posted of Lindsay partying in France.

Holley tells TMZ, “I do not believe that Judge Revel reads TMZ or any other ‘celebrity’ news and she would never be influenced by something which is NOT evidence in the case.”

As we first reported, the D.A.’s office will not address the photo in open court because it’s pure speculation that the substance on the table may or may not be cocaine.

But Holley wasn’t done. She added, “It is difficult for Lindsay to get a fair shake because her every move is chronicled by TMZ and others. This creates an unavoidable frenzy around her case and subjects her to a level of scrutiny which non-celebrities do not have to face.”

Oh yeah, one more thing — Holley scoffed at Michael Lohan’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, for “taking credit for Judge Revel’s decision” on Thursday. Holley says when the judge read Bloom’s letter to her and the prosecutor in chambers on Tuesday, the judge cast it aside — along with all the other letters from people not associated with the case.

Bloom fired back to TMZ, “Court staff told me the judge opened our letter in the presence of counsel and considered it.” Bloom added, “No one asked for stricter controls on Lindsay besides us. The judge ordered stricter controls, including drug testing, which we specifically requested.”

Dizzee Rascal has a secret fascination with ‘Desperate Housewives’.

The ‘Holiday’ hitmaker admitted he loves watching the US TV show because he has a huge crush on actress Eva Longoria Parker, but can only get away with tuning in if he’s in the company of a woman.

He said: “Depending on who I’m with, I might be partial to a bit of ‘Desperate Housewives’. Being with a girl is a good excuse to watch it. I like that small one… Eva Longoria Parker.”

However, the 24-year-old star isn’t a fan of Eva’s character Gabrielle Solis, preferring Marcia Cross’ alter ego Bree Van De Camp. He said: “I don’t necessarily think she’s the best character. I quite like the ginger one and the dude in the wheelchair. There’s quite a nice thing going on with them at the moment.”

Dizzee also revealed that he doesn’t enjoy watching reality TV shows like ‘The X Factor’ and prefers to watch music videos featuring his fellow artists instead. He said: “I don’t follow it, but if I’m in a room full of people who are watching it, I’ll get stuck in and start judging and throwing my opinion about. It gets you like that.”

Just recently admitted an age gap in a relationship wouldn’t be a problem for him – as long as the woman wasn’t over 40.

Lindsay Lohan in the Clear Over Photo

Lindsay Lohan won’t have to answer to the prosecutor or the judge over the photo TMZ posted this morning … showing Lindsay partying with a strange white powder in the foreground.

A spokesperson for the L.A. County D.A.’s office tells TMZ they will not even raise the issue in court on Monday, when Lindsay goes before the judge … and she has been ordered to appear.

The spokesperson says there is no way this photo can be used in court because there is no way to prove what was on the table.

No surprise to us …  the very first comment when we posted the story was from someone who said there were “obvious lines of blow” — aka cocaine.

Notwithstanding the buzz, it’s not going to be used in court.
