Gabriella Cilmi didn’t want to pose topless for a men’s magazine.

The Australian singer – who took part in a raunchy photo shoot with a British magazine in order to promote her new album ‘Ten‘ – admitted she wasn’t expecting to be involved in such raunchy images and regrets the way she was portrayed in the sexy pictures.

She told BANG Showbiz: “The first single from the album is called ‘Woman on a Mission’, it was just kind of getting into character for what I thought the song was about, which is that it’s OK to show off a bit of your body and your curves. Not to the extent that I did in the magazine…

“They removed my top, they didn’t say they were going to do that, so that was a bit of a shock to see myself in that light, I was fed the wrong information, people didn’t keep their promises. I wouldn’t do it again, you can never tell what the outcome’s going to be.”

Despite this, the 19-year-old star – who also posed in the video for the single in a number of revealing outfits – believes she can flash a bit of flesh and still be a good role model.

She said: “It’s cool to be sexy and confident with your body, and I’m setting a good example, I have a real body, yeah I look good.”

Rupert Grint hates watching the old ‘Harry Potter’ movies.

The actor – who portrays Ron Weasley in the wizarding franchise – feels as though his life has been one “big home movie“, and he can’t stand seeing himself go through puberty on-screen.

He told BANG Showbiz: “It is weird I suppose. I’ve not known any different… it’s the way I’ve grown up. You get used to it. It’s weird – like having a big home movie. If the old films are on TV I’ll glimpse slightly, but I’ve never watched one all the way through.”

The 21-year-old star admits he is concerned about being typecast by the series which is why he decided to take on a completely different role in his new comedy ‘Wild Target‘.

He said: “I guess it was one of the reasons I did ‘Wild Target’ because it was kind of a way out… ‘Harry Potter’ is coming to an end, it’s the last one, then it’s all done. It’s a weird feeling because we’ve been so long in this bubble and now we have to walk away from it all. It’s important to do different things and stretch out.”

Rupert also compared his transition through the movies as “graduating” through school and coming out the other side a better actor.
He said: “I hope so, I didn’t know how films were made at first, so you just learn as you go, like a school and all the amazing people you’ve worked with, and now it’s like graduating.”

Lindsay Lohan Avoids the Danger Zone

Lindsay Lohan has finally realized she needs to avoid “those people” … the ones creating massive temptation … so say confidants of LiLo, who spoke with TMZ.

We’re told Lindsay is spending the long weekend with a close friend by the beach in Venice, CA.  As one friend put it, “She needs to get away from that scene … and she knows it.”

But it’s not just the Hollywood clubs that create the danger of relapse. “The people who hang around her are such moochers, and bad energy,” says one friend, adding, “she needs to cut them out and I think that’s what she’s starting to realize.”

As for what Lindsay is doing, we’re told a lot of sleeping, watching TV and movies.  And shopping.  Interesting … more than one person says she desperately needs sleep.

The people we’ve spoken with say it’s definitely too early to tell, but Lindsay had at least temporarily turned a corner and is healthier than she’s been “in a long time.”

Justin Bieber once dumped a girl over the phone.

The 16-year-old singer admits he ended his romance with his girlfriend of seven months during a heated call but insists it is not something he’s proud of.

He said: “I have dumped a girl over the phone – it’s terrible isn’t it? We got into an argument during a phone call so I basically said, I
don’t wanna be with you any more,’ and she cried. I saw her after that and it was a bit awkward, but we’re not enemies now, so that’s cool.

“But I wouldn’t recommend it, it’s very mean!” Justin also went against his mother’s wishes when he started dating the girl as she didn’t want him to get romantically involved with anyone before he was 16.

He told Top of the Pops magazine: “My mom said I wasn’t allowed to date until I was 16, but I broke that rule. She found out and said, ‘I’m disappointed in you.’ ”

Peter Facinelli competes with his ‘Twilight Saga’ co-stars over who can spend most time at the gym.

The 36-year-old star – who plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the vampire movie franchise – admits there is an “unspoken competition” between the actors over who can get the fittest.

He told BANG Showbiz: “We had this kind of unspoken competition between all of us. Working out is addictive enough and then you have
all the cast members working out.

“Not so much to get buff, my character doesn’t need to look like Kellan Lutz’s character but we had to be fit to do the fight training.
But everyone was always in the gym – whenever you wanted to find somebody you just headed to the gym.”

Peter confesses the competition became so intense he once caught Kellan – who plays Emmett Cullen – doing press-ups while waiting for an elevator, leading him to give up the fight.

He said: “I remember going down to the gym and the elevator doors opened and Kellan Lutz was on the floor doing push ups waiting for the elevator and then I just put my hands in the air and said, ‘Ok, you win.’ I just went back to my hotel.”

Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson have reportedly split just six weeks after announcing their engagement.

The singer-and-TV star and her rugby player fiance – who have children Ruby, two, and 16-month-old Dexter together – have apparently ended their romance after months of disagreements.

A source said: “It is an incredibly sad state of affairs. Both Gavin and Charlotte are deeply distraught. But after a lot of soul-searching, they realised this is the best course of action for them and the children. It was a mutual decision.

“To the outside world they were a golden couple. The truth is, they had the same insecurities as anyone else. Charlotte is very headstrong. In the end, Gav found it too much. He was blaming her for his rugby career stalling. She hated him going out drinking with mates.”

This news comes less than two months after the pair announced their plans to marry. At the time, Gavin said: “It’s time to get married. I want us to be a family and we have different names at the moment. Me, Ruby and

Dexter are Henson and Charlotte is Church. It feels right.”

Gavin is expected to move out of their £1.2 million mansion and buy a house nearby so he can continue to play a big role in his children’s lives.

The source added to the News of the World newspaper: “One thing they do still share together is complete devotion to their two children. That won’t change at all – and Gav will continue to play a very active role in their lives. He is devastated about the break-up, especially because of the impact on the two little ones.”

Leona Lewis was mortified when she accidentally flashed her underawear.

The ‘Bleeding Love’ singer was in the middle of a performance which included some wind machines and admits they were a little too powerful for her liking.

She said:”I was singing in front of some wind machines when my dress just blew up! I was only wearing a little pair of knickers, so it was really embarrassing. The wind machines were meant to be blowing my hair, so how did it get up my dress? I was like, ‘Are you doing that on purpose?’

“Everyone pretended they didn’t see, but I know they did.”

Although she was embarrassed about showing her underwear, Leona recently admitted she finds skinny dipping “liberating”.

The ‘Happy‘ hitmaker admitted she and her friends once stripped off and jumped into a swimming pool during a holiday to Portugal in order to cheer up one of their other pals.

She said: “I was with some girlfriends in Portugal. One of my friends was going through a hard time with her boyfriend, so we thought let’s do something crazy. It was liberating.”

Gary Coleman’s parents are desperate to know what happened to the actor before he died.

Sue and Willie Coleman – the estranged relatives of the ‘Diff’rent Strokes‘ actor, who passed away on Friday night (28.05.10) after suffering from a brain haemorrhage and falling into a coma – are devastated they were unable to speak with the 42-year-old star before his passing and are anxious to know the circumstances surrounding his death.

Sue said: “We would’ve loved to have been there by his side at the hospital, to let him know we love him before he passed away. This is a shock to us. We loved Gary very much. We’re going to miss him.

“We’re not pointing fingers at anyone, but we need to know exactly what happened.

“We’re not angry. We’re just concerned. Did our son fall down the stairs? Did he fall in the bathtub? We need to have some closure on our son’s life.”

Gary was admitted to hospital following the fall at his home on Wednesday evening (26.05.10), but his condition was so bad his 24-year-old wife Shannon Price was forced to turn off his life support machine.

Although the pair had a tempestuous relationship – which saw Gary arrested in January over a domestic violence charge – police officers are convinced there is nothing suspicious about his passing.

Santaquin Police Chief Dennis Howard told People.com: “There was absolutely nothing suspicious about Coleman’s death. There is no criminal investigation going on.“

Gary and his parents had been estranged for many years prior to his death, and in 1989 he sued them for allegedly stealing his fortune, something they have always denied.

Dennis Hopper’s friends, loved-ones and co-stars have been paying tribute to the late actor.

The Hollywood legend - who passed away yesterday (29.05.10) aged 74, due to complications caused by his prostate cancer – has been praised by numerous celebrities friends who are keen to pay their respects to the screen star.

Dennis’ ‘Easy Rider‘ co-star Peter Fonda – who he also wrote the Oscar-nominated script with – admits he was “blessed” to know him.
He said: “Dennis introduced me to the world of Pop Art and ‘lost‘ films. We rode the highways of America and changed the way movies were made in Hollywood. I was blessed by his passion and friendship.”

Dennis’ ‘Hoosiers‘ co-star Gene Hackman admits he also felt privileged to work with the late star.
He said: “As an actor, one is always taken by someone who is different. An iconoclast, Dennis was an artist and I will always treasure having worked with him. He will be missed.”

Isabella Rossellini, who starred alongside Dennis in ‘Blue Velvet’, has revealed she was shocked by the late actor’s kindness.
She said: “When I first met Dennis on the set of ‘Blue Velvet‘, he had just come out of rehab. I was afraid of him, but Dennis turned out to be infinitely kind, compassionate and understanding. He had gone to hell and came back from it with great wisdom. It will take me a while to realise and accept he isn’t with us any longer.”

Former Guns N’ Roses rocker Slash was also quick to take to his twitter page in honour of the film star – who was also known for appearing in ‘Apocalypse Now‘ and ‘Rebel Without a Cause‘, as well as directing several movies.

He tweeted: “You take the great ones for granted until they’re gone. RIP Dennis Hopper.”

Actress Christina Applegate also wrote: “Sweet Dennis Hopper. Bless you for your gifts you gave us all these years.”
The actor was surrounded by family and friends for his final moments and dozens of bouquets of flowers are being left at his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Platinum Rapper On Board for ‘Celebrity Rehab’

TMZ has learned Celebrity Rehab is all set to add another star to its cast — “Bone Thugs-N-Harmony” rapper Bizzy Bone.

We’re told Bizzy – real name Byron McCane — wants to seek treatment for an addiction to marijuana and alcohol.

As we’ve previously reported, the producers behind the VH1reality show starring Dr. Drew have been on a mission to lock down a cast — and fast … or else the show could be in danger.

If the show survives — Bizzy could join Tila Tequila and Jason Wahler inside the rehab facility.

MJ Mausoleum — Forest Lawn Cemetery

The cemetery where Michael Jackson is entombed is launching a new crackdown on fans — actively removing people hanging out in front of MJ’s mausoleum.

According to sources at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, security has been informed that MJ fans are no longer permitted to gather on the patio of MJ’s mausoleum. Those who loiter will be asked to leave.

It’s unclear why Forest Lawn is making the move — especially because fans have been visiting the burial site regularly since MJ moved in last year.

And now — with the one-year anniversary of Michael’s death fast approaching — the Justice4MJ fan group is concerned about their plans to gather at the mausoleum on June 25.

Dennis Hopper — Probate Battle Brewing

Dennis Hopper may have died peacefully, but TMZ has learned a war is about to erupt over his estate – partially because Dennis died a married man.

Dennis had been desperately trying to divorce Victoria Hopper — he filed in January — but the clock ticked too quickly, and the divorce was not final when he died this morning.

Why the race to split up?  Under the prenup, Victoria gets 25% of Dennis’ fortune and a $250,000 life insurance payout — but only if they were married and living together when Dennis died.

That ‘living together’ part is critical because Victoria has been living in a separate house, on the same property as Dennis. Sources tell us Victoria will argue that since she was on the property, she was living with Dennis — and is therefore entitled to the big payout.

Dennis’ high powered attorney Joe Mannis isn’t surprised, saying “She said she would challenge it, and I fully expect her to do so.”

The divorce action is officially over now and this all moves to probate court — where both sides say they’re gonna fight.

Get ready for a battle royal.

Dennis Hopper has died after losing his battle with prostate cancer.

The Hollywood legend passed away aged 74 due to complications caused by the disease at his home in Venice, California, at 8.15am today (29.05.10).

The actor was surrounded by family and friends for his final moments.

Hopper starred in a host of classic movies including ‘Easy Rider’, ‘Apocalypse Now’, ‘Rebel Without a Cause’ and ‘Blue Velvet’ and also directed several films.

He is survived by four children, adults Marin, Henry and Ruthiana and seven-year-old daughter Galen.

Hopper was married five times during his lifetime, and in the final months before his death he was embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with his wife of 14 years Victoria Duffy.

During the divorce Victoria alleged the actor’s three children from previous marriages had turned him against her and wanted her to be cut from his will.

The legal battle became so acrimonious Hopper applied for a court order to keep his 42-year-old spouse at least 10ft away from him to eliminate unnecessary stress.

Bret Michaels returned to the stage last night in Biloxi, MS where Bret dropped a huge piece of info on the crowd — he might be taking Simon Cowell’s seat on “American Idol.“

Right before Bret played the classic “Every Rose Has Its Thorn,” he told the crowd, “I can’t say this is true yet, cause I don’t know. Next year they asked me to possibly be the judge on ‘American Idol.’” Very vague, but still …

As for the rest of the show, one audience member told us, “I figured he’d be wobbly and sitting on a stool. But he was energetic, running around the stage with his guitar. It was like when I saw Poison years ago. It was a awesome show.”

TMZ has learned Vanilla Ice is committed to attending Gary Coleman’s upcoming memorial service — which begs the obvious question … why?

Turns out Vanilla and Gary hit it off when Coleman guest starred on an episode of “The Surreal Life” back in 2004 … despite the fact that they got into an epic war on the show because Gary wouldn’t say, “Whatchoo talkin‘ ’bout, Willis?”

Vanilla — aka Robert Van Winkle — tells us, “I’ll always remember the time he and I had. He was fun to be around for the most part. Just a good, funny guy.”

He adds, “It’s almost a Catch-22. He’s had such a bad luck life … I hope he’s in a better place.”

No memorial date has been set as of yet — but Vanilla says “of course” he’ll attend.

Prosecutor Goes After Lindsay with a Vengeance

TMZ has learned the prosecutor in the Lindsay Lohan probation case is gunning for Lindsay in a big way … and even plans to investigate the alcohol education program Lindsay has been attending.

Sources tell TMZ L.A. County Deputy D.A. Danette Meyers believes the Right On program was covering for Lindsay when it claimed she was in compliance.  We’re told Meyers believes the program violated its own rules by giving Lindsay passing marks.

TMZ broke the story … Lindsay did not attend all of the courses within the proper time limits — once every 7 days.  But we also reported that the program followed state guidelines — which requires attendance at least once every 21 days.  The school also excused Lindsay’s tardiness … something officials said is common among students in their 20s.

But here’s what is really interesting.  Meyers says after she finishes prosecuting a death penalty trial next week, she will “be focusing all of my efforts on Ms. Lohan’s upcoming hearing.”  Mind you … Lindsay’s probation case is a misdemeanor.  All of her efforts until July 6?  Really?

Meyers is even sending D.A. investigators out into the field to sniff out potential probation violations of one Lindsay Lohan.

And we’ve learned Dr. Murray has visited the Forest Lawn mausoleum where Jackson is entombed a number of times.  “He goes there a lot,” we’re told.  Murray avoids attention by going either early in the morning or during off-hours.

Sources tell TMZ Heidi Montag is pulling the plug on her marriage mainly because Spencer Pratt has taken away her friends and family.

We’re told Heidi is complaining bitterly that Spencer is so controlling he’s isolated her from all her friends.

The final straw, however, was earlier this month, when Spencer called the cops on Heidi’s mom when she came a callin’.

And, Heidi is saying, she wants to break into acting but says people in Hollywood don’t want to work with her because she has “a loose cannon of a husband.”

We’re told Heidi will be renting a Malibu beach house with one of her best friends.  As Heidi herself puts it, “I want more girl time.”

Lady Gaga picked up a bar tab for an entire Birmingham pub.

The ‘Alejandro‘ singer – who is currently back in the UK for the second time on her ‘Monster Ball‘ tour – went to The Prince of Wales pub on Wednesday (26.05.10), and treated locals to a round of drinks and left a huge tip at the bar.

A source inside the pub told the Sun newspaper: “Everyone was stunned when this striking blonde came in. Most of the blokes had no idea who she was at first.

“She sat at the bar with a pal for two hours, downing spirits and scribbling notes. She told the locals how much she was enjoying having a drink on a day off because she can’t handle drinking before a show.

“She signed autographs for staff and left a huge tip – a few hundred pounds.”

The 24-year-old took to twitter to talk about her time in the pub, and confessed she was writing a new song there.

She wrote: “In a Pub in England, ruining bar napkins with lyrics and memories. Dreams are never weak like we are, drunk or sober.(sic)”

Recently Lady Gaga confessed she had written a brand new song while in Liverpool.

Writing on her fan site Gagadaily.com, she said: “I’ve already written the first single for the new album and I promise you, that this album is the greatest of my career. It is the anthem for our generation.

“I wrote for you because of you, when I was in Liverpool, I wrote the greatest music I’ve ever written.”

Jessica Simpson almost exposed herself in a restaurant.

The singer-and-actress was eating a meal with friends at the Beverley Hills Hotel Polo Lounge recently when a morsel of food accidentally flew off her fork and disappeared down her low-cut top, causing her to scream out in surprise.

The US star dug around to retrieve the food stuff, “ruffling up” her top in such a way that fellow diners in the restaurant were becoming so uncomfortable they had to look away.

A source told the National Enquirer magazine Jessica “not only dug down into her top, ruffling through bra and cleavage, she even tried burrowing out from beneath, wriggling and digging diligently for the lost tidbit.”

When she finally gave up the hunt, the 29-year-old star joked: “Oh well… it’ll pop up eventually!”

Despite her nearly X-rated display, Jessica previously complained when she accidentally saw an elderly man’s private parts at the gym.

She wrote on her twitter page: “Dear elderly man at the gym: it’s hard 4 me 2 keep composure whilst punching at chipmunk speed when ur ball sack spills out of ur wind shorts. (sic)”

Simon Cowell’s fiancee wants him to hide his “protruding nipples”.

The music mogul – who is famed for his plain white T-shirts and high-waisted trousers – has allegedly been forced to take fashion advice from his make-up artist fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy because she’s fed of seeing his oversized ‘man boobs’ bulging out of his tight tops.

A source told the National Enquirer magazine: “Mezhgan started helping Simon pick out his clothes, and it’s made a huge difference. She detests those tight T-shirts he used to wear. She’s got great taste and, fortunately, it’s starting to rub off on Simon.”

Simon’s make-over is certainly set to be a hit with his friends.

Dannii Minogue, Simon’s fellow judge on UK TV talent show ‘The X Factor‘ has previously blasted his “uncool” and boring dress sense, and urged him to stop wearing T-shirts.

She said: “He’s letting the side down a bit. We just need him to ditch the boring trousers and T-shirts.

Beyonce Sued By Nightmare Neighbor

This one is classic.  Beyonce is being sued by a guy who claims his daily routine was turned upside down by a film crew shooting a Beyonce music video for “Why Don’t You Love Me.”

Philip Markowitz alleges in a lawsuit obtained by TMZ …his peace and quiet was shattered the morning of March 26, 2010, when the film crew “invaded his neighborhood” … waking him out of a peaceful sleep at 7 AM.

That nightmare was followed by a series of intrusions, Markowitz claims.  Markowitz says during the morning … every time he tried leaving his house the crew was blocking his driveway.  He went in and out and in and out …. and each time, he says, there was some obstacle in his way.

Now it gets really good.  Markowitz says he “missed several business calls while arguing calmly in his driveway.”  By 11:30 AM, “He demanded compensation for the trespass on his property and the inconvenience and delay he had already suffered.”

In fact, Markowitz says he told someone from the crew that he’s gotten upwards of $10,000 for the use of his property, but says he was told he couldn’t be paid this time because it was a “low budget film shoot.”

But Markowitz doesn’t buy it.  He’s suing Beyonce and the production company for unspecified damages … including the dreaded punitive damages.

‘Survivor’ Producer’s Wife – No Custody for My Sister

TMZ has obtained a copy of a will left by the murdered wife of Bruce Beresford-Redman – it was written just 2 years ago and gives a former “Survivor” crew member “full and complete custody” of the couple’s kids if both Monica and Bruce die.

The will — signed in 2008 — supersedes the prior will of 2004.  The new will says if both Bruce and Monica die, she asks custody be vested in Steve M. Smalley.

The 2004 will gave custody to Carla Ferreira-Burgos, Monica’s sister.  But the 2008 will would invalidate the 2004 version.

A man with the name Steve Smalley is listed as a camera assistant for “Survivor: All-Stars.”  Bruce also worked on the All-Stars show.

Here’s the complication.  One parent cannot will a couple’s children to someone.  But it is something a judge would consider, especially if Bruce is out of the picture for any reason.

And it’s very interesting that Monica specifically left Carla out of the 2008 will.
