Two More Accusers in Steven Seagal Sex Case

Two more women have come forward claiming Steven Seagal made unwanted sexual advances toward them while they worked for the actor … but Seagal’s lawyer tells a very different story.

TMZ has learned both women have provided Kayden Nguyen with sworn declarations, to aid Nguyen’s  lawsuit against Seagal — in which the 23-year-old claims she was sexually assaulted by the actor during her stint as his personal assistant.

In one woman’s declaration, obtained by TMZ, Seagal is accused of luring her into his bedroom, putting his hands on the woman’s breasts and stating that he was “checking just as a doctor would for lumps.”

The declaration continues, “Seagal reached his hand down my pants. He said, ‘I just wanted to touch it for a second to see what it felt like.’”

The woman claims she screamed and cried until Seagal let her go.

Like Nguyen, both women claim they were hired by Seagal to serve as his assistant, but quit after Seagal made inappropriate sexual advances.

TMZ spoke with Seagal’s lawyer, Marty Singer, who tells us, “My client has no knowledge of these women and a preliminary check of his employment records does not show that they ever worked for him.”

Singer also stated that regardless of whether they worked for him or not, their claims are “absurd.”

Singer concluded, “The declarations were clearly prepared by Nguyen’s lawyer to be leaked to the media to help bolster his client’s meritless claims.”

The ‘New Moon’ sensation who is famous as ‘Vampire Edward Cullen’ in the ‘Twilight’ series has insisted that he is just a ‘normal guy who is not at all doing his best to be noticed.’

Robert Pattinson who is one most admired man in Hollywood, says he is not a “hunk”. Rob said that he can’t live up to the hype surrounding him. He fears that all the ladies are only interested in his fame & celebrity image.

According to Showbiz Spy, Rob said: “I can never live up to the image that the media have created, I am not that ‘hunk’.”

Rob explained, “Besides that there is always the fear that women only want to date me because I’m famous, and with a little bad luck they will go straight to the gossip press afterward.”

Rob will star in a film adaption of the Sara Gruen novel ‘Water For Elephants’, with Christoph Waltz and Reese Witherspoon.

Rihanna was rushed to hospital after performing in Switzerland on Monday night (19.04.10).

The ‘Umbrella’ singer played a sold-out concert in Zurich but after leaving the Hallenstadion venue just after midnight she was taken to the Hirslanden private clinic via a blacked-out Mercedes.

The 22-year-old pop star was then quickly escorted into the accident and emergency department by her driver, bodyguard and assistant to be treated for a mystery ailment.

Alenka Ambroz, head of the clinic’s corporate communications, told Blick: “Rihanna arrived at the accident and emergency unit. We’re not going to give any details.”

She left the hospital at around 2.55am, over two and a half hours after being admitted, and was taken back to the venue.

It seems Rihanna’s mysterious medical problem hasn’t had any long-lasting effects though as she was able to take to the stage in Lyon, France, last night (21.04.10).

Rihanna’s ‘Last Girl On Earth’ tour is her most ambitious yet and features a number of costume changes and rigorous dance routines.

She recently said: “We’ve never done a tour to this capacity. The production is unbelievable and so are the costumes, we just took it to a whole new level. We just keep growing.”

David Beckham is to be given rap lessons by Snoop Dog.

The England soccer player – who recently met up with the rapper when they filmed an advert for Adidas together – goes “way back” with Snoop and the hip-hop star has offered to teach him how to spit lyrics

while he recovers from a ruptured Achilles tendon.

The 38-year-old musician said: “Beckham and I go way back. He’s like a brother. I’m gonna show him to rap, for shizzle. He’s my boy. He was terrific with my kids and they had a great time as he taught them how to shoot and score the perfect goal.”

Snoop has also promised the pair will star in more Adidas adverts together.

He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “The Adidas ad was unbelievable. You had four classic brands – Snoop Dogg, David Beckham, ‘Star Wars’, Adidas. With a formula like that it’s gonna be off the chain. Be on the lookout for more of that in 2010 – we got more for yo a*s. We’ve spoken, yeah, it’s gonna be huge. Huge. I love soccer just as he loves hip-hop.”

David, 34, is not the only person ‘The Malice in Wonderland’ star wants to work with.

Snoop is also keen on a collaboration with Scottish singing sensation Susan Boyle.

He said: “I’ve been trying to holla at that home girl Susan Boyle for the longest time now – holla at yo boy Susan.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly getting married.

The couple – who have been together since meeting on the set of ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’ in 2005 – have finally given into the pleas of their older children, Maddox, eight, Pax, six, Zahara, five, and three-year-old Shiloh and agreed to tie the knot.

A source close to the couple – who also have 22-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne – told America’s OK! magazine: “First it was Maddox, who has begged his parents to tie the knot for years. “Lately, Shiloh and Zahara have been chiming in, and Pax thinks it would just be the coolest thing ever to be a ring bearer.”

Angelina, 34, has previously admitted she and 46-year-old Brad are expecting the children to eventually start questioning why they had never got married.

She said: “Usually people fall in love and everything revolves around the ritual of marriage, children are an afterthought. We did everything backwards.

“But sooner or later it will be the kids who ask us to get married. You know, they see films and start asking questions. Such as, ‘Why are Shrek and his love Fiona married and you’re not?’ ”

Gemma Arterton isn’t enough of a “sex goddess” to please fans of the ‘Prince of Persia: The Sands Of Time’ computer game.

The British actress has been told by fans of the computer game – which her latest film is based on – she doesn’t meet their expectations for her character, Princess Tamina, leaving her scared to go to a comic convention to promote the film.

Gemma said: “They want me to go to Comic-Con. It kind of worries me. I’ve had letters telling me I’m not right for the part because I don’t look like the girl in the video game!

“She really is this sex goddess. They’ve got massively high standards.”

Gemma’s character’s name was changed from Farah to Tamina for the ‘Prince Of Persia: The Sands of Time’ film, in which she stars alongside Jake Gyllenhaal, who plays the lead character Prince Dalston. The film is an adaptation of a 2003 computer game of the same name and sees the prince and princess trying to prevent an epic sandstorm swallowing their homeland.

Despite Gemma’s Hollywood career taking off – with a role in ‘Clash Of the Titans’ and having previously appeared as one of the women seduced by the British spy character James Bond in ‘Quantum of Solace’- she also appears in low budget thriller film ‘The Disappearance of Alice Creed’, a film she wholeheartedly believed in enough to appear naked.

She added to Details magazine: “This is the sort of movie I always imagined I’d end up doing. This is the sort of movie I’d go to see in the cinema.

“I wouldn’t get my clothes off for just any film. On camera I really didn’t give a s**t, but as soon as they said ‘Cut!’ I was like, ‘Someone put the dressing gown over me!’”

Kristen Stewart attended the 2010 Coachella Valley Arts and Music Festival in Indio, this weekend.  Rob couldnt make it to the festival for his busy filming schedule.

A source revealed to E! Online that Kristen was there with “her brother and a few friends”.

The 2010 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival was held April 16-18, once again at the Empire Polo Field in Indio, California.

Kristen’s new movie, ‘The Runaways’ had its world premiere at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival on January 24, and opened in North American limited release on March 19, 2010, followed by a wide release on April 9, 2010, which is also Stewart’s 20th birthday. ‘The Runaways’ follows two friends, Cherie (Dakota Fanning) and Joan (Kristen Stewart), as they rise from rebellious LA street kids to rock stars of the now legendary group that paved the way for future generations of girl bands.

Tiger Woods Parties at Nickelback Concert

Tiger Woods partied like a rockstar last night — leaving his Isleworth compound to hang out backstage at a Nickelback concert in Orlando, according to a source at the show.

We’re told Woods was shrouded by security backstage at Amway Arena — while the band did their thing.

We know Tiger’s a big Nickelback fan — he’s even joined them on stage in the past… though last night he kept a much lower profile, for obvious reasons.

No word if Tiger hung around for after parties.

TMZ has learned the reason Snooki kicked her BF to the curb — and it all has to do with his desire to be on another MTV reality show.

Sources close to the Snookster tell us the “Jersey Shore” star decided to drop her BF Emilio after he auditioned for “The Real World.”

We’re told Snooki was madly in love with the dude — but was bothered by rumblings that he was using her for the fame. One source tells us when Emilio tried out for “RW” — that was the final straw for the Snook.

We reached out to Emilio for comment — he responded with the following email that will make your English teacher’s head explode:

“All i kno is she was upset i tried out fornreal world nd left me a message sayin im single. Next i kno i wake up [Monday] morning and facebook says im single.”

And if Facebook says it, then it must be so.

‘Kumar’ Actor Robbed at Gunpoint in D.C.

TMZ has learned Kal Penn — aka Kumar from that “White Castle” movie — was robbed at gunpoint  early this morning while walking in a neighborhood in Washington D.C.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Penn claims a man carrying a gun approached him around 1:20 AM and took his wallet and other personal property.

We’re told Penn immediately reported the incident to authorities, who have launched an investigation into the matter.

Multiple calls to Penn’s rep were not returned.

Larry King — Breakfast and a Lawyer

Sources tell TMZ Larry King signed a legal document that put his fortune on the line based on a strategic decision — his lawyer’s office was within walking distance of his favorite breakfast deli.

TMZ broke the story … Larry inked a post-nup more than two years ago, not only signing over three houses to wife Shawn Southwick, but declaring that his entire fortune — about $144 million — was community property (50/50).

Larry’s famed divorce lawyer Dennis Wasser tells TMZ the agreement was the result of undue influence, because Shawn strong-armed Larry into getting advice from her powerhouse divorce lawyer Joe Mannis.

But Mannis says there was no strong-arming, and that all he did was give Larry the names of three lawyers who would give him advice on signing the document.  One of the lawyers was Mannis’ former law partner — Daniel Barbakow.

Mannis tells TMZ Larry chose Barbakow not because of some sinister plot, but because Barbakow’s office was within walking distance of Nate ‘n Al deli in Beverly Hills — a place Larry frequents daily and religiously (Larry’s home at the time was also a few blocks away from the law office).

We may never know if the post-nup was Kosher because it looks like Larry and Shawn are about to drop the divorce — at least for now.

Zoe Saldana threatened to punch her co-star when he flashed at her.

The actress was taken by surprise when James Marsden took off his clothes when filming new movie ‘Death at a Funeral’ because he hadn’t warned her he was planning to strip for their scene.

She explained: “The funniest thing that James did wasn’t so funny. He’s supposed to be naked on the rooftop and I open the window and go, ‘What are you doing, come back inside?’ He didn’t give me any warning that he had taken off his pants. So I just opened the window and saw a lot more of him than I was expecting, and I’m just trying not to look below his eyes.

“Afterwards, I yelled at him, ‘Warn me if you ever do that again or I’m going to punch you.’ And he’s like, ‘But you were such a lady. You never looked down.’ “

As well as being uncomfortable with James’ nudity, the actress admits she insisted scenes in another of her new movies, ‘The Losers’, be rewritten as she didn’t want to bare all on camera.

She told Parade.com: “The way that scene was written in the original script, my character was naked. I literally told the director, ‘If I am going to do this scene, there is no way I’m going to be nude because it just isn’t necessary or even believable. So there was a negotiation and I ended up in my bra and panties. I don’t mind using my physical assets as a weapon, but there’s a limit.”

Michael Jackson — The Cirque Comes to Town

TMZ has learned the executors for Michael Jackson’s estate have signed a huge deal with Cirque du Soleil.

Co-executor John Branca tells TMZ, the first show will open in fall of 2011 — and will travel throughout North America including the Staples Center in L.A. … the same venue where MJ’s memorial was held.

The show will be heavily focused on dancing — honoring the legendary moves of MJ.  It will also feature Jackson’s songs and have the trademark Cirque du Soleil acrobatics.

In 2012, a second show — in partnership with MGM MIRAGE — will open in Las Vegas which will be far more theatrical with emphasis on technology and 3D. “It will be a theme-park-like show,” says Branca.

Sources say the shows will be worth a fortune to the estate.  Cirque and the estate will split costs and profits 50-50.

Kate Gosselin Shacks Up with President Obama

Kate Gosselin and President Barack Obama are sharing some very close quarters — TMZ has learned the Prez and the reality star are kicking back at the same Beverly Hills hotel.

Kate — and her 8 — are staying at the swanky Beverly Wilshire hotel for “Dancing with the Stars” — and we’re told the kids enjoyed a relaxing Monday at the pool with their nanny while Kate prepped for last night’s show.

Meanwhile, Prez Obama’s in town until Wednesday to lend his support to Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) during her campaign for re-election.

The hotel tells TMZ it’s currently on “heightened security” — as in total lockdown — but no word on who’s getting the special protection … Kate or Barack.

Kim Kardashian only posed for Playboy because her mother told her to.

The socialite admits she regrets baring all for the publication in December 2007, but was urged to do so by mother Kris Jenner to promote their ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ TV programme.

She said: “I’m sorry I did Playboy. I was uncomfortable.

“‘Go for it,’ my mother said, ‘They might never ask you again. Our show isn’t on the air yet. No one knows who you are. Do it and you’ll have these beautiful pictures to look at when you’re my age.’ “

However, posing in another naked shoot for Harper’s Bazaar, the 29-year-old beauty admits she feels more comfortable this time around.

She told the magazine: “It’s definitely scary, but it’s very liberating. I think the message is embrace your curves and who you are. I feel proud if young girls look up to me and say, ‘I’m curvy and proud of it now.’

“I might have a little bit of cellulite. I might not be toned everywhere. I might struggle in this area or that.”

Meanwhile, Kim has come under fire for posting a picture on twitter with her holding a cat by the scruff of its neck.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) issued a statement criticising her behaviour.

The statement said: “Kim Kardashian isn’t the only person who mistakenly thinks that because a mother cat picks up her kittens by the scruff of the neck that a supportive hand under the rump isn’t needed.”

However, the brunette beauty has defended her actions and insists the animal is “fine”.

She said: “I have been getting negative comments regarding the way I was holding the kitty, but rest assured, the owner and vet were on set and showed me how to pick him up.

“The cat was not harmed in any way and is perfectly fine! I love animals and would never do anything to harm any animals.”

The ‘Fight for This Love’ singer – who is attempting to break the US following her split from soccer star husband Ashley Cole – is reportedly being courted by the family studio to show off her acting skills in a TV show or movie.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Cheryl is the full package. She’s got it all – brains, beauty, and a hint of bolshyness. It’s unbelievable the amount of interest she stirred up in the Disney Studios following her recent trips to Los Angeles, where she was making a music video.

“That ‘Parachute’ video with Derek Hough, who is massive in the States because of ‘Dancing with the Stars’, really showed just how graceful and dynamic she can be.

“From her experiences with Girls Aloud she can handle the high-energy routines, so the plan is to incorporate her in a show.

“It’s early days but a one-off like the Jonas Brothers’ movie ‘Camp Rock’ would be the way to go.”

News of a possible Disney deal for the 26-year-old star – who is already in talks to appear as a judge on Simon Cowell’s US version of ‘The X Factor’, alongside her stint on the British version – has already excited one of the studio’s current stars, 17-year-old Selena Gomez.

The ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ actress said: “Oh my goodness, I’d love to work with Cheryl Cole on a Disney show. I’ve just seen that video ‘Parachute’. She is beautiful. I’d love to.”

If Cheryl signs a contract, she would be following in the footsteps of global sensations Miley Cyrus, and ‘High School Musical’ stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, who all got their big breaks through Disney.

Seagal’s Ex ‘Not Surprised’ By ‘Sex’ Allegations

Steven Seagal’s ex-wife, Kelly LeBrock, tells TMZ she’s “not surprised” by the allegations that Seagal treated a former female employee as his own personal “sex toy.”

LeBrock — who had three children with the action star during their marriage from 1987 to 1994 — added, “I will refrain from saying anything specific now because of our 3 children.”

And why is Kelly so tight lipped? Well, here’s a small clue … LeBrock told us, “I have many shocking things to say about Mr. Seagal which will be known soon when my book comes out.”

Lady Gaga “never complains” during her workouts – no matter  how gruelling they are.

The ‘Telephone’ singer embarked on a special fitness regime last year, after deciding she wanted the “best abs, legs and arms ever”, and her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak said no matter how hard he works her she takes it in stride.

Harley told Intouchweekly.com: “Like most stars she doesn’t have a ton of time, so when she is with me she stays focused and never complains no matter how hard I push her.

“She has always been active, but about a year ago, she decided she wanted to have the best abs, legs and arms ever – so she stepped up her workouts.”

He added that he thinks his workouts – which consist of a special routine of 30 minutes four to five times a week – have helped raise 24-year-old Gaga’s personal confidence, so she feels able to wear her trademark outrageous outfits.

He added: “Now she is super confident about her body and comfortable wearing everything and anything.”

Meanwhile Lady Gaga confirmed she will be a guest performer on US TV talent show ‘American Idol’ on May 5 , tweeting: “See you on ‘American Idol’. May 5th, Little Monsters.”

Larry King Divorce — On the Other Hand …

There is a “good chance” the Larry King divorce is off … this according to sources on both sides. And, if it’s off, it will save Larry a fortune.

Larry and wife Shawn Southwick are going to their marriage counselor this afternoon, sources tell TMZ.

We’re told Larry is especially concerned about how a divorce would affect his two young children.

People familiar with the agreement tell TMZ that although Larry and Shawn are trying to work things out, we’re told the lawyers have been at it. They are  arguing over the validity of the post-nup that Larry signed a few years back — a post-nup that not only gives the couple’s three homes to Shawn but also declares all of the couple’s assets as community property.

MJ Estate to Publicist: You’re Not Getting a Cent!

Michael Jackson’s former right-hand woman just tasted a $44,000,000 defeat — after MJ’s estate rejected 2 creditors’ claims she filed earlier this year.

Raymone Bain — Jackson’s longtime publicist/manager/friend — had filed the docs claiming MJ owed her more than $44 mil in back wages and profit sharing.

But today, MJ’s estate finally got back to Bain — with a big, fat, rejection stamp.

Bain is the latest in a series of creditors’ claims to be denied by the estate — with more denials expected to be on the way shortly.

Kelis to Judge — I Want a Divorce NOW!!!

Kelis wants to be legally divorced from Nas so bad — and so quick — she has filed papers with the court asking them to make the split official ASAP.

According to documents filed last week, Kelis said in a declaration, “… it would be in the best interest of both of us if our marital status is terminated as soon as possible.”

Because she fears that the legal proceedings could take years to figure out, Kelis has requested that the judge immediately terminate their marriage — and wait until a later time to resolve “all other issues.”

As for the odds that the two will rekindle their romance — Kelis stated, “I believe their is no possibility of reconciliation with [Nas].”
