MJ Estate Stops ‘Heal the World’ Copycat

Score another crushing victory for the Michael Jackson estate — this time the MJ squad dropped the hammer on a woman who allegedly set up a sham Heal the World Foundation to dupe Jackson fans into buying merchandise.

TMZ has learned a Federal judge issued an injunction against Melissa Johnson — the woman behind a Heal the World Foundation website — requiring her to stop “exploiting Michael Jackson’s name, image and likeness.”

According to the court order, the judge ruled that Johnson — who has attempted to register at least 40 trademarks with a direct connection to MJ — operates websites that “convey to consumers a false affiliation with Michael Jackson.”

As you may recall, Jackson operated a legit Heal the World Foundation back in the day, but it had been inactive for many years prior to his death.

Angelina Jolie reportedly asked Brad Pitt to marry her.

The actress – who earlier this month was reported to be preparing to tie the knot with her long-term partner – is said to have decided it was time to make Brad her husband during the couple’s stay in Venice, where Angelina was shooting new movie ‘The Tourist’.

A source said: “Angelina has fallen in love with Brad all over again – and she wants to make it official by getting married. Once she made up her mind the only thing left to do was tell Brad.”

Rumours are rife the ceremony will take place at Brad’s close friend George Clooney’s Italian villa on Lake Como and the pair’s oldest four children, Maddox, eight, Pax, six, Zahara, five, and three-year-old Shiloh, will have big roles on the special day.

Brad’s parents, Bill and Jane, are also said to be delighted at the news of the nuptials and are looking forward to seeing their son wed for the second time. His first wife was Jennifer Aniston.

Another source told National Enquirer magazine: “Bill and Jane have never been entirely comfortable with the idea of he and Angie cohabiting, so they are thrilled.”

Brad, 46, and Angelina, 34, also have 21-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne together.

It seems that Dakota Fanning is unsure if she would be attending her high school prom night. The 16-year-old star has revealed that she hasnt yet decided whether to attend her high school prom.

Dakota, explained, “I don’t have a date. I’m trying to decide if I wanna go with someone or just go with friends. Sometimes it’s easier to just go with friends.”

Fanning played Jane in New Moon and will reprise the role in Eclipse, based on novels by Stephenie Meyer.

Jesse James has reportedly told friends he knows his marriage to Sandra Bullock is over.

The motorcycle entrepreneur – who allegedly cheated on the Oscar-winning actress with at least four women – recently left rehab after receiving treatment for sex addiction but knows he doesn’t stand a chance of winning his wife back.

After being spotted without his wedding ring, a pal said: “Jesse is finally admitting to himself that he blew it. The marriage is over and he only has himself to blame.

“His stint at the Arizona rehab facility helped Jesse understand what he has done to his wife and his family. He is a beaten man. Jesse removing his wedding ring is a big deal. TMZ has learned … Katherine Jackson is downsizing the number of grandchildren in her San Fernando Valley mansion — and the stun gun incident was the catalyst.

Sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ … Katherine has told Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza — who is currently living at the estate, along with two of her kids by Randy Jackson and two others by Jermaine Jackson — that she must take the kids and move out of the estate next week, because supervising seven children is just too much for the 79-year-old grandmother.

But don’t think Katherine is heartless. It’s the opposite. She’s moving Alejandra, along with Jaafar, Jermajesty, Donte and Randy Jr. to a San Fernando Valley condo owned by the estate.

We’re told the move was prompted by the stun gun incident last month. TMZ broke the story that 13-year-old Jaafar bought a stun gun online and fired it in the house. Sources say Jaafar pointed the gun at two of Michael’s kids, but the family denies that.

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services came to the estate, took the gun and interviewed people in the home, and it became apparent seven kids were too much for Katherine to handle.

So as of next week, Prince, Paris and Blanket will have the run of the mansion, unobstructed.

Jesse’s Dad: My Son Was Obsessed with Nazis

Jesse James‘ father says he wasn’t shocked by the infamous photo of Jesse in a Nazi uniform — because he claims Jesse had a deep fascination with Hitler’s evil war machine that stems back to his childhood.

Despite the fact that he hasn’t spoken with his son in years, Jesse’s dad, Larry James, is now telling all about Jesse’s youth — including the time he introduced Jesse to a real-life Nazi.

Larry claims he gave Jesse information about the Neo-Nazi movement “as a joke” — but soon noticed that Jesse, “liked their war machine, he liked their uniforms, he liked their guns, he liked everything about them.”

Larry also claims he doesn’t know if Jesse is still into the Nazi thing — because he’s not on speaking terms with his son. In fact, he’s never even met Sandra Bullock.

John Mayer thinks twitter is “over”.

The ‘Gravity’ singer – one of the most high-profile users of the social networking website – admits he is growing tired of micro-blogging and is preparing to cancel his account on the site, unless its owners change its purpose.

He said: “Within in the last couple weeks, every night I think about cancelling my twitter account because I think it’s pretty much done.

“I just think twitter as a form of communication, I think it’s over to be honest with you.

“I would rather see twitter be a cork board of links to other more important things, because it’s really sort of flawed from the beginning. I can’t tell you how many times I meet people or I’m having dinner with people who write stuff and they get upset they have haters now, like, ‘Why do I want to invent more reasons to have haters?’ ”

The musician – who has previously dated stars including Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson – has come to realise that he could utilise his time better than spending his free moments on the internet.

He added: “I might as well spend that time making a sandwich or building a model ship or something.

“My challenge going forward is to basically disregard the need, the obsessive need for external validation.”

It has previously been claimed that the 32-year-old singer’s relationship with Jennifer ended because of his obsession with twitter.

A source explained at the time: “John suddenly stopped calling her or returning her emails and when she would finally catch up with him, he’d say, ‘I’ve been so busy with work. I’m sorry I haven’t had time to email you back.’

Jenna Jameson Alleges ‘Tito Threw Me Into the Tub’

Jenna Jameson claims Tito Ortiz got very violent — throwing and injuring her — and that he’s falsely accusing her of Oxycontin addiction because he’s “very, very desperate.”

TMZ just spoke with Jenna — while she was driving to Las Vegas — and her version of what led to Tito’s domestic violence arrest is brutal.

Jenna claims that during an argument Monday morning she, “said something very hurtful to his ego.” She alleges that Tito then grabbed her and, “threw me into the bathtub and tore two ligaments in my shoulder.”

Tito’s attorney Chip Matthews strongly denies that, saying — “He did not put his hands on her, he did not hit her, he did not do anything to her.”

Matthews claims Tito found pills in Jenna’s pants pocket — and that when Tito confronted her she had an “emotional meltdown.”

Jenna says Tito’s addiction allegation is, “completely false” and “the last nail in the coffin” for their relationship.

M.L. is responding to Dina’s claim that he’s trying to “save” Lindsay because he wants to leech off his daughter’s bank account.  On this one, Dina is missing the boat … because Lindsay is broke.  Dina isn’t acknowledging it, but multiple sources involved in her finances say it’s so.

Michael says it’s ironic, because Dina is guilty of “bilking Lindsay with her 20% commissions…”

Michael tells TMZ, “If Dina wants to persist with the lies, denials and false accusations, I WILL release every one of the over 100 tapes I have of her stating the exact opposite of what she has been saying about Me and Lindsay.”

Michael threatens to report Dina to Child Protective Services.  So Child Protective Services will eventually be investigating everyone with the last name of Lohan.

Miley Cyrus wants people to start taking her seriously.

The ‘Last Song’ actress says she’s fed up with people treating her like a child even though she’s already achieved so much and believes she will command more respect once she turns 18 this November.

She said: “I’m really looking forward to turning 18. I have bought my own house and I’m very excited about moving there. I’m quite independent anyway because I have to travel a lot. I have four siblings so my mum and dad can’t always come along. But I think people are going to take me more seriously this way.

“I have achieved a lot – more than some grown-ups in my position have. And I don’t have the feeling that people are taking me seriously, simply because I’m so young. I hope that’s going to change.”

Miley is currently dating her ‘Last Song’ co-star Liam Hemsworth and admits it was hard filming love scenes with him because they began dating in real life.

She told website RP Online: “The funny thing is, that it all happens backwards when you make a film. Before you know each other properly you have to kiss on the beach and before you want to say ‘I love you’ in real life you have to do it on screen. That was a bit weird. You want to say it in real life as well, but then again not. It’s interesting. I think there’s a bit of truth in everything that we have done.”

UFC honcho Dana White tells TMZ Tito Ortiz could be booted from the organization if the domestic violence charges prove legit.

White says, “We’re gonna be fair, but we could cut him.”

Michael Lohan’s Lawyer – We Mean Business

Michael Lohan’s lawyer has just sent TMZ a statement, saying unless Lindsay Lohan and her lawyer sit down and talk to her dad about the obvious problems, they will go to court to force the issue.

Attorney Lisa Bloom says it’s clear Lindsay has a problem … with photos surfacing nightly of Lindsay clubbing and appearing “under the influence of alcohol or substances.”

Bloom says Michael will take “any and all appropriate legal action to save and protect his daughter.”

As for what legal options … Bloom says she’s not foreclosing anything.

Bloom adds … if Lindsay doesn’t meet with Michael in the next few days, “Michael is prepared to pursue other legal action towards his one and only goal: to save and protect his daughter.”

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan’s landlord has set the ball in motion for a restraining order against daddy Michael Lohan.

Here’s what went down.  This weekend Michael came by Lindsay’s West Hollywood apartment again, and caused a major commotion … refusing to leave and, at one point, grabbing the house phone from the valet.

We’re told the landlord contacted Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, and said Michael was becoming “a huge problem” and asked if there was any way to get a restraining order.

Holley tells TMZ, “In light of the landlord’s concerns, I may go to court to keep Michael away.”

Trump: Bret Michaels in ‘Big, Big Trouble’

Donald Trump tells TMZ Bret Michaels is in “big, big trouble and the prognosis is not great.”

Michaels is a contestant on this season’s “Celebrity Apprentice” and, ironically, Trump says Michaels scrappiness is the best thing he has going for him.

As Trump put it, “He turns out to be an amazing competitor and ultimately that is the thing that could save his life.”

Trump, who is in touch with people in the hospital where Michaels remains in critical condition, thinks Michaels’ fall on stage back in 2009 — where he hit his head — may have something to do with the recent turn of events, though we can’t confirm this from Michaels’ people.

TMZ has obtained a letter that Melissa Smith — Jesse James mistress #2 — faxed to Sandra Bullock’s agent on Sunday, apologizing for her alleged affair with Jesse … and it’s pretty audacious.

Smith wrote to Sandra, “I felt I needed to reach out to you and tell you how deeply sorry I am for everything that you’ve been through.”

Smith goes on … “And I know nothing I can say in this letter is going to make the pain of my actions go away.”

And the mea culpa continues: “… I am sorry for any hurt or pain that I have caused you.  My actions of engaging with a married man are unforgivable.  I never meant you any harm.”

Smith continues, “I compromised my beliefs on several occasions and as a result will never forgive myself.”

Another of Jesse James’ alleged mistresses has apologised to Sandra Bullock.

Stripper Melissa Smith – who claims to have had an affair with the motorcycle entrepreneur after meeting online via her MySpace page – sent a fax to the Oscar-winning actress saying she was sorry for the pain and hurt she had caused.

A copy of the document obtained by website TMZ shows Melissa wrote: “I felt I needed to reach out to you and tell you how deeply sorry I am for everything that you’ve been through.

“And I know nothing I can say in this letter is going to make the pain of my actions go away.

“I am sorry for any hurt or pain that I have caused you. My actions of engaging with a married man are unforgivable. I never meant you any harm.

“I compromised my beliefs on several occasions and as a result will never forgive myself.”

Melissa then told Sandra she would welcome her getting in touch, adding: “Please contact me if you wish to discuss on the phone or in person.”

Melissa is not the first of Jesse’s reported extra-marital lovers to have sent their apologies to Sandra.

Tattoo model Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee – who claims to have had an 11-month affair with the father-of-three – wanted to show Sandra how sorry she is for her actions but was adamant Jesse is the one who should take most of the blame.

She said: “Sandra, I’m sorry for your embarrassment. I’m sorry all this is public. I’m sorry for everything.

“I feel like I was duped just as much as Sandra was. I feel like I was lied to just as much as she was. If Jesse was upfront with me in the beginning, we wouldn’t be in this situation.”

The couple – who raise six children, Maddox, eight, Pax, six, Zahara, five, three-year-old Shiloh and 21-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne –are reportedly determined to shield their nuptials from the public and have decided to opt for a low-key affair in order to avoid accusations of wasting money.

A friend of the couple told America’s OK! magazine: “Brad and Angelina are exceptionally private people, and they pride themselves on being humble and not wasting money.

“So some over-the-top, beachfront affair with hundreds of guests isn’t going to happen.”

It has been claimed the couple – who have been dating since meeting on the set of 2005 movie ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’ – only decided to get married after their older children begged them to make their union official.

A source close to Brad – who was previously married to Jennifer Aniston – and Angelina said: “First it was Maddox, who has begged his parents to tie the knot for years.

Daniel Radcliffe and his ‘Harry Potter’ co-stars dominate the list of Britain’s richest young stars.

The actor – who has the title role in the hit wizarding movie franchise – was named fifth richest in the young millionaires category , with a fortune of £42 million, and his co-star Emma Watson, who plays Hermione Granger, was placed joint 10th with a £22 million fortune.

Rupert Grint, who plays Ron Weasley in the films was placed 12th in the list – which takes into account the earnings of stars aged under 30 – with an estimated £20 million wealth.

Former ‘Harry Potter’ actor Robert Pattinson, who has gone on to find success as the star of the ‘Twilight’ series of films, is placed 14th on the list with a £13 million fortune.

The top spots on the young millionaires list were taken by inheritors and businessmen.

A source said: “The ‘Harry Potter’ franchise has been massively successful worldwide and boosted the UK economy, taking hundreds of millions at the box office. Five of the franchises films  are in the top twenty highest grossing of all time and although its stars were just children when it started I don’t think anyone could have guessed exactly how successful this was going to be. They have all still worked very hard for their places on this list, and it shows the once again healthy state of the British film industry.”

J.K. Rowling, who penned the series of children’s books the movies were based on, topped the author’s list with a fortune estimated at £519 million.

‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star Kiera Knightley was also rated highly on the young rich list with an estimated fortune of £28 million, earning her seventh place.

In the field of music, Leona Lewis and ex-child star Charlotte Church were rated joint16th on the young rich list with £11 million, while Cheryl Cole was rated 20th with £10 million.
