These may be the biggest clues so far that Sandra Bullock was living with baby Louis Bardo — and they surfaced before the Jesse James scandal broke, but no one connected the dots.

The photos show Sandra taking out the trash just days before the Oscars — at the Orange County home she shared with Jesse.  We now know Sandra timed the trash run so the container was left on the street just before trash pickup.  We’re told … had anyone gotten close, they would have smelled baby poop.

And then there’s this … take a look at the pictures taken just days after the Oscars — but still before the scandal broke.  That’s Chi-Lin Sun — the photog who shot the Bullock baby pics for People — going into the Bullock/James O.C. home, carrying a baby blanket and baby clothes and what looks like a Moses baby basket.

Lindsay Lohan Goes in the Closet — for Pay

Lindsay Lohan is back in NY to have an intimate girls weekend with her sister Ali and her loving matriarch Dina — but, of course, the whole thing will be on camera.

TMZ just spoke with Dina Lohan, who confirmed that Lindsay and Ali are at her NY home to shoot a Mother’s Day special for E!, in which the girls will help Dina rearrange … of all things … her closet.

Dina — who was in hair and makeup during our conversation — told us there was one family member who wasn’t welcome at the shoot … Michael Lohan. And as for Mike’s ultimatum, Dina tells us she will not speak with her ex-husband and reminded us that she still has a criminal stay away order against the guy.

Dina also told us she has a plan to help with Lindsay’s personal issues, telling us “We’re on it.”

As for Ali, Dina says she was only in L.A. for a week and now she’s back in New York to stay. The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department can rest easy.

Phillips to Cops: Thanks for Arresting Me!

It’s one of the most remarkable turnarounds ever — Mackenzie Phillips just had the slate wiped clean in her drug case — and in court just moments ago, she thanked the police for putting her behind bars in the first place.

Phillips — who was ordered to complete a drug diversion program back in 2008 — had all charges against her dismissed.

She calls her recovery “the most rewarding time in my life … It really just changed my life.”

Halle Berry, Gabriel Split — Custody in Limbo

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have split, TMZ has confirmed, and she went to a divorce lawyer 3 weeks ago to find out about a custody arrangement … but nothing long-term was agreed upon and no financial settlement has been struck.

Halle and Gabriel worked out a “very short-term custody arrangement,” a very connected source tells TMZ.  But when they worked out the arrangement they had not split, though they were clearly having problems.  Neither Halle nor Gabriel have tried to make the arrangement permanent for 2-year-old Nahla.

Neither of them have gone to a lawyer to formalize any type of long-term agreement, so despite the fact they have split, there is no custody arrangement or property settlement agreement.

We are told, however, by sources close to the situation, that Halle and Gabriel are “working well together” and are handling parental duties without conflict.

We are told the long-term plan is to share custody but nothing has been formalized in writing.

UPDATE:  We’re told Halle and Gabriel have agreed to several short-term custody arrangements while they sort things out.  They have renewed them each time they have expired and are still working under a short-term agreement but no permanent agreement has been struck.

Halle Berry has reportedly split from Gabriel Aubry.

The actress and the French-Canadian model – who have a two-year-old daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry together but are not married – have ended their romance and are currently working out financial and custody arrangements, according to RadarOnline.com.

It was Gabriel, 34, who allegedly decided to call time on his five-year relationship with 43-year-old Halle and their nine-year age gap is believed to have been a factor in his decision.

A source said: “Gabriel just felt it wasn’t working anymore. When they were first together the nine-year age difference between them didn’t faze him, she was the most beautiful woman he had ever dated and he was totally in love. But as time went on he started feeling it more and more. He felt he needed to break it off with Halle.”

The relationship ended a couple of months ago and Halle has been using the services of Judy Bogen, a family law attorney from Beverly Hills law firm Hersch Mannis and Bogen, to sort out custody conditions for Nahla and various financial matters.

The source added: “Gabriel’s main concern was custody of Nahla, he loves that little girl more than anything, and wanted 50/50 joint physical custody of her, which Halle agreed to.

“Financially, Gabriel earns a decent amount from his modeling career, in the region of $700,000 per year, so he’s comfortable and he didn’t want a dime from Halle.

“All Gabriel has asked for is the house they own together in Canada. Halle put the full deposit down on the house but Gabriel has made every one of the payments since. Halle agreed right away.

“As much as it can be it’s been an amicable split.”

Unlucky-in-love Halle is no stranger to break-ups.

The Oscar winner’s first marriage to David Justice, a former baseball player, ended after four years in 1997.

Her second union to musician Eric Benet imploded after four years when the ‘Monster’s Ball’ star discovered he had cheated on her.

After two failed marriages Halle vowed not to wed Gabriel because she didn’t need to be a wife to be happy.

She said: “I will never marry again. I have a good healthy love for myself and love in my life. I no longer feel the need to be someone’s wife and I don’t need the validation of a marriage certificate.”

Lindsay Lohan has violated the terms of her probation and is headed for a showdown in court next month that will almost certainly land her in jail.

Lohan — who is on probation for DUI — has not fulfilled the alcohol education requirement laid down by the judge … TMZ has learned.

Judge Marsha Revel made it clear to Lindsay late last year, she must attend alcohol ed courses once every 7 days.  The only exception — if she was in inpatient rehab. And the judge was explicit … if Lindsay did not comply with the terms of probation, she was going to jail.

The school in which Lindsay enrolled is required by state law to inform the court only if the student is MIA for 21 days.  So here’s the disconnect: The school has not reported an attendance violation … because Lindsay frequently waited until the 21st day to attend classes.

Bottom line — Lindsay met the school’s requirement, but squarely violated the judge’s order.

Christina Aguilera claims motherhood won’t stop her being sexy.

The ‘Dirrty’ singer – who has two-year-old son Max with her husband Jordan Bratman – wants her offspring to grow up understanding that women are allowed to express themselves in a sexual way.

She told ‘Access Hollywood’: “He’s going to grow up in a household where he knows mommy expresses herself artistically and some of that will have to reflect itself sexually too at times. He’s going to learn to respect the fact that women are allowed to express themselves and not feel shameful about their bodies or their sexuality.”

The 29-year-old beauty – whose new single ‘Not Myself Tonight’ shows the pop star in a number of racy and provocative outfits – claims motherhood would never calm her down because that’s just not what she’s about.

She said: “Mama still has to be me. I never claimed to be a cookie-cutter soccer mom. That’s all good for some people. Not for me.”

It would have been so cool if he was here. I was hoping he would be able to come to London but he’s working. And I’m touring and shooting videos for my next single so it’s going to be seven weeks before I see him again.

The Hoff’s Ex In the Slammer

TMZ has learned Pamela Bach has turned herself in and has begun serving a 90-day jail sentence.

TMZ broke the story David Hasselhoff’s ex was sentenced last Friday after pleading no contest to a DUI.  As a result of the plea, she violated her probation in an earlier DUI case.

Bach was supposed to turn herself in next week but obviously couldn’t wait.

Gilbert Arenas — More Trouble Over Guns

Gilbert Arenas — the Washington Wizards basketball player who pled guilty to felony gun charges in January — has more gun problems … TMZ has learned.

We’ve obtained a lawsuit filed against Arenas by Tactical Operations — a company that sells high-end guns.

According to the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Arenas bought five custom Beretta pistols with five silencers in February of 2006.  Arenas paid for the guns, BUT….

Tactical Operations claims Arenas never took possession of the weapons — and owes the company over $70,000 in storage fees and interest

Tito Ortiz, Jenna Jameson Take it Back

TMZ has learned former UFC champ Tito Ortiz and baby mama/former porn star Jenna Jameson are withdrawing allegations that led to Tito’s felony domestic violence arrest earlier this week.

Jenna, who accused Tito of injuring her during an argument, now tells TMZ, “What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in.”  Translation — he didn’t hurt me.

As for Tito, we’re told he’s now backing off what he strongly insinuated … that Jenna is an OxyContin addict.  We’re told Tito’s position now is that he found two OxyContin pills in a pair of her pants pocket and may have jumped to conclusions.  Jenna says the pills were very old.  And, as we first reported, Jenna tested negative for drugs this week.

Tito’s lawyer, Chip Matthews, tells TMZ the whole thing was “a big misunderstanding.”

One more thing … Sources say Tito stands to lose $15 million if he’s prosecuted for domestic violence — the money accounts for his UFC contract as well as other businesses.

Locklear Case – Waste of Taxpayers’ Money?

TMZ has learned the Ventura County D.A.’s office has sent the Heather Locklear hit-and-run investigation back to the Sheriff’s Dept. for further investigation … and wait til you hear how much money is on the line.

Sources say the D.A. is concerned there’s no evidence placing Heather behind the wheel when her BMW hit a no parking sign on April 17 at 4 AM.

Fact is … sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ there is no surveillance video capturing Heather’s car entering her gated community immediately after the crash.

So the D.A. wants the Sheriff to spend more time and money to place Heather behind the wheel.  But we’re told the Sheriff’s Dept. has already spent around 10 hours on the case.  It will take many more hours to learn where Heather was earlier that evening and follow her tracks.  One insider says it’s “a total exercise in futility.”

So … with California going broke … exactly what’s on the line?  The Department of Public Works for Thousand Oaks tells TMZ the sign costs $275 and there are no labor costs.

We’re told this investigation will cost thousands of dollars and will ultimately go nowhere.

Tess Taylor — one of the stars of the reality show “Pretty Wild” — is fighting mad over some nude pics of her that just surfaced on a website … and now she wants them taken down, or else.

TMZ has obtained a cease and desist letter Taylor’s lawyer sent to  TheDirty.com, which posted topless pics of Tess holding a giant bong.

In the letter, Taylor’s lawyer says the pics were posted “illegally” and violate her privacy … their legal eagle is threatening legal action against website owner Nik Richie unless he takes down the pics … stat.

The US reality TV star – who is famous for her curvy derriere – lent her rear end to younger sister Khloe Kardashian when she needed a nap mid-way through a launch party recently.

Jenna Jameson: I Tested Clean!

Jenna Jameson claims she can prove Tito Ortiz wasn’t telling the truth when he accused her of being high on OxyContin during their altercation Monday morning — because we’ve learned Jenna passed a drug test one day after the incident.

We’ve learned the results of the test, administered Tuesday by American Toxicology Inc. in Las Vegas, show Jenna’s urine tested “negative” for the ten major drugs they were screening for … a list that included cocaine, weed, meth and Oxycodone — the major ingredient in OxyContin.

As we previously reported, Tito was arrested Monday for felony domestic violence.  After he was released, Tito claimed the incident was triggered by Jenna’s addiction to OxyContin — a claim Jenna vehemently denied.

Now, after receiving the results of the test, Jenna is reaffirming her claim telling us, “I am definitely not addicted to OxyContin or any drug.”

Jenna’s powerhouse attorney Ronald Richards added, “The lab tests clearly exonerate Jenna Jameson of any hint, iota, or suggestion that she ingested or was under the influence of any opiates or controlled substances.”

Richards continued, “Statements made by anyone to the contrary are completely impeached by the results from this prestigious testing facility.”

Sandra Bullock will continue to co-parent Jesse James’ children.

The Oscar-winning actress – who has filed for divorce from the ‘Monster Garage’ host following allegations he cheated on her with at least four women – says she still wants to play a role in the lives of Chandler, 15, Jesse Jr., 12, and six-year-old Sunny even though she’s no longer with their father.

She told People magazine: “I don’t want to know what life is like without those kids. Whatever we need to do, in the healthiest way, we are going to be co-parenting.”

Yesterday (28.04.10), the 45-year-old beauty announced she had adopted a three-month-old baby boy, Louis Bardo, in January with Jesse but would now be raising him as a single parent.

Sandra filed for divorce on April 23 in Travis County District Court in Austin, Texas, after the marriage became “insupportable”.

Papers obtained by ‘Access Hollywood’ stated: “The marriage… has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate end of the marriage/relationship and prevents any reasonable expectations of reconciliation.”

Speaking about the legal separation, Sandra said: “I’m sad and I’m scared.”

Jesse, 41, has also spoken out about the divorce, saying losing Sandra is the “hardest” thing he has ever faced and is devastated she will now be the sole guardian of Louis.

He said: “My whole life has been full of hard decisions. The decision to let my wife end our marriage, and continue the adoption of Louis on her own, has been the hardest. The love I have for Louis cannot be put to words. Not having him around to love and to hold has left a huge hole in my heart.”

The 20-year-old singer claims she is too busy working to “wallow” in her single status and thinks she will find romance when she least expects it.
