Did Kelly Osbourne Gave Up Alcohol For Her Fiance ?

by Alice on Mar.07, 2010, under Singer

Kelly Osbourne

The presenter – who got engaged to the model in March 2009 – stopped drinking altogether once she met Luke and believes he has made her a “better person”.

She said: “He’s turned me into a better person. He really has. I didn’t care before I met Luke. I was out every night, drunk. I didn’t have somebody to be a better person for and then that all changed when I met Luke.”

The 25-year-old star is now completely teetotal because she doesn’t trust how she might behave after she’s had a few drinks.

She explained to more! magazine: “I don’t drink at all. Even a glass of wine at dinner would probably mean me going home, getting s**t-faced and then being on drugs and doing something stupid that I have to spend the next three months apologising for.

“I don’t like drinking that much as I hate throwing up and the taste of alcohol. I’d look at somebody who has a half-empty glass in front of them and think, ‘How can they leave that?’ whereas mine, it’s like ‘Glug’ and it’s gone. ‘Can I have another one? I’ll be alright.’ ”

Kelly is so focused on staying sober she does her best to stop herself from being around alcohol as she doesn’t want to be tempted.

She explained: “In the culture in England it’s hard to explain to people you don’t want to drink, as they look at you like you’re f***ing crazy. There have been times the hotel I’m staying in has sent up three bottles of champagne and I send them back. What am I going to do with it staring at me in a bucket? I don’t want it.”

Kelly has been in rehab three times, most recently to seek help for a dependency on prescription drugs.

Is Cheryl Cole Moving To L.A. Two Find A Boyfriend ?

by Alice on Mar.07, 2010, under Singer

Cheryl Cole

Pals of the ‘Parachutes’ singer – who recently split from her soccer star husband Ashley Cole amid claims he had cheated on her with several women – are determined to help raise her spirits by not letting her stay single for long.

Choreographer Brian Friedman – who works with the Girls Aloud beauty on UK TV talent show ‘The X Factor’ – told the News of the World newspaper: “She deserves a great guy. Hopefully she’ll find him. I don’t know Ashley well. I only see him every once in a while at the show, but Cheryl’s my friend. So I have her back.

“When news came out about me moving her to LA, I’ve been getting non-stop contact from top guys in this city asking me to set them up with Cheryl.

“When – or actually if – she is ever ready to date someone, of course I will hook her up.”

It has also been claimed that dancer Derek Hough – who was pictured leaving the star’s hotel in the early hours of the morning when she fled to the US following her marriage split – is determined to win over Cheryl.

A source said: “He’s not used to women saying no to him and plans to use all his charms to win her round.”

Cheryl is said to be seriously considering a move to Los Angeles, where she can throw herself into work in order to get over her heartbreak.

Her friend Soulshock – real name Carsen Schack – revealed they chatted about the move when she appeared on Denmark’s version of TV talent show ‘The X Factor’, on Friday (05.03.10).

Soulshock – who is a judge on the programme – told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: “I had a good chat to Cheryl for about an hour before the show.

“She didn’t want to talk about Ashley. She was speaking about LA and how she really wanted to get back there and start working on new songs.

“Cheryl is using her work as a real focus at the moment. She’s a very professional artist and there is nothing that will get in her way.”

Is Sienna Miller moving to America ?

by Alice on Mar.07, 2010, under Actor, Actress, Relationships, Reunion

Sienna Miller

The 28-year-old actress – who reconciled her romance with actor Jude Law at the end of last year while they were both staring in theatre productions on New York’s Broadway – has reportedly agreed to travel back to the US to stay with the ‘Alfie’ star while he works on his new movie ‘Contagion’.

A source told the Mail on Sunday newspaper: “Sienna is determined to make it work with Jude this time.

“She doesn’t want to let him out of her sight. She loves him and wants them to stay together, so she is prepared to move wherever he is.”

It was recently claimed that Jude – who saw his engagement to Sienna end in 2005 when he slept with his children’s nanny – has asked the actress to move into his London home.

While the Factory Girl’ star agreed, cautious Sienna has insisted on keeping her own house in case things go wrong again.

A source said: “Jude has promised there will be no affairs and Sienna demands total honesty.

“If either one is unhappy she has told him they must end it.”

Jude and Sienna spent the festive period on the Caribbean island of Barbados together with his three children, Rafferty, Iris and Rudy, from his marriage to Sadie Frost.

Last year, Jude became a father for the fourth time after American model Samantha Burke fell pregnant following a brief relationship.

Does Tim Burton Believes In Ghosts ..?

by Alice on Mar.06, 2010, under Director

The 51-year-old film director – who has a six-year-old son Billy and two-year-old daughter Nell with partner Helena Bonham Carter – claims to have had an experience with the supernatural, which he insists is not uncommon.

He said: “I’ve seen things and felt things. I think most people do. I think it’s just how much you suppress it. I don’t go out and say, ‘Oh, my god, I was abducted by a UFO,’ or, ‘I’ve seen these ghosts.’

“You feel an energy.”

The ‘Alice in Wonderland’ filmmaker also claims to find cemeteries “positive” places.

He added to Interview magazine: “Most people say about graveyards, ‘Oh, it’s just a bunch of dead people; it’s creepy.’ But for me, there’s an energy to it that is not creepy or dark. It has a positive sense to it.”

However, the eccentric filmmaker doesn’t believe anyone can force a spirit to reveal themselves.

He said: “I think anytime you try, it ain’t gonna happen. It always seems to occur when you’re sort of open but not thinking about it. I’ve never held a seance.”

What Is Sharon Osbourne’s “hardest job” ?

by Alice on Mar.06, 2010, under Actor

The reality TV star – who has three grown-up children, Aimee, Kelly and Jack with the rocker – believes looking after him is the most challenging thing she has ever had to do and believes wives should get paid for what they do for their husbands.

She explained: “Running him is the hardest job of all. A woman should be paid for that, but of course we’re not, and so we have to work. And I have to work in order to be independent. I would hate to be in a position where I have to say to Ozzy, ‘I need to get my hair done, can you give me some money?’ ”

Although they have had a tempestuous relationship, the couple have been married for 27 years.

Sharon has no idea how their romance has been so long-lasting but believes it they “just work”.

She said: “When we got married, our friends would take bets on how long it would last. I can’t blame them.

“It just works. We fight with each other. It’s not been easy but it’s never meant to be easy.”

A source told The Sun newspaper: “She has now agreed to move to a place in the city, where she’ll stay when busy working. During promotion commitments, it is thought she will stay for weeks at a time.

The 26-year-old pop star – who dumped the 29-year-old sportsman  two weeks ago, after it was claimed he had slept with several other women and sent them X-rated text messages and explicit photographs of himself – performed her hit single ‘Fight for This Love’ on Denmark’s version of ‘The X Factor’ last night (05.03.10), without wearing her wedding ring.

Cheryl – who wore a military inspired outfit with a police style hat – told the audience in Copenhagen: “It’s a pleasure to be here.”
It was confirmed that ‘The X Factor’ judge used her maiden name, Tweedy, to book her flight into Denmark and secure her hotel room.
Her spokesman told the Daily Mail newspaper: “Cheryl’s name on her passport is Cheryl Tweedy which is why her flight was booked under that name. Her passport was not changed when she married Ashley. As for the hotel booking, it is always made under an alias. All pop stars do the same and she was doing that when she was in Girls Aloud as well.”

It also emerged that the singer is “upset” with bandmate Nadine Coyle, who has not been in contact since she split from Ashley.

Michael Douglas Felt Sorry For His Wife

by Alice on Mar.05, 2010, under Actor, Actress

Catherine Zeta-Jones

The ‘Fatal Attraction’ star wed the actress in 2000 but admits they were both hurt by the criticism aimed at them because of their 25-year age gap.

He said: “It was thrown up at you constantly. I felt bad for her.”

Following their wedding, the couple – who have two children, Dylan, nine, and six-year-old Carys – moved to Bermuda, where they could escape the media spotlight although they have since moved back to New York.

Michael – who has a 31-year-old son, Cameron, from his first marriage to Diandra Luker – says being a divorcee has made him realise how you make a marriage work.

He told Vanity Fair magazine: “We always tend to be kinder or make more of an effort to strangers than we do to the person closest to us.”

The 65-year-old actor has previously said he isn’t concerned about the age difference between him and 40-year-old Catherine especially with the advances in medication.

He said: “At least in your head, your fire burns as brightly. Let’s not kid ourselves. But God bless her that she likes older guys. And some wonderful enhancements have happened in the last few years – Viagra, Cialis – that can make us all feel younger.”

Did Kate Moss Invited Sienna Miller In Her Easter Party ?

by Alice on Mar.05, 2010, under Actress, Model

Sienna Miller

The supermodel has invited Jude Law- who recently rekindled his romance with the ‘Factory Girl’ star – to next month’s lavish bash, but warned him his girlfriend is not welcome.

A source said: “Since getting back together with Jude, Sienna was looking forward to spending Easter with his family and friends.

“Kate always throws a huge Easter party, which includes an Easter egg hunt during the day, followed by a party in the evening just for adults.

“This year, Kate is having an extravagant ‘Alice in Wonderland’-themed night. But she has told Jude that he can’t bring Sienna to the bash.”

Friends of Kate – who is a close pal of Sienna’s ex-boyfriend Rhys Ifans – including her boyfriend Jamie Hince and Jude’s ex-wife Sadie Frost have tried to convince her to change her mind, but she is refusing to reverse her decision.

The source added to the Daily Star newspaper: “Jamie, Jude and Sadie have all asked Kate to invite Sienna but she won’t budge, saying she is not welcome and that’s final.

“Kate’s a very loyal friend and doesn’t want Rhys to have to spend time with a girl who broke his heart.”

Following Sienna’s split with Rhys in June 2008, Kate was alleged to have made sure she was “frozen out” by their mutual friends.

Charlie Sheen

Brittany Ashland – who filed a suit in 1997 alleging the ‘Two and a Half Men’ star attacked her – has reportedly approached Arnold Mordkin, the Pitkin County Deputy District Attorney in charge of the case against Charlie, who is accused of assaulting his wife Brooke Mueller on Christmas Day (25.12.09) and offered to give evidence against him, Radar Online have reported.

Charlie, 44, is expected to plead not guilty to a felony and two misdemeanour charges when he appears in court on March 15.

In 1990, he accidentally shot Kelly – who is now married to John Travolta – in the arm, which led to the end of their engagement, while Denise filed a restraining order in 2006 claiming he’d threatened to kill her.

Charlie – who has 10-month-old twin sons Bob and Max with Brooke and daughters Sam, five, and Lola, four, with Denise – is currently in rehab.

Following Brittany’s 1997 allegations that he grabbed her by the hair and slammed her into a marble floor, knocking her unconscious, Charlie pleaded no contest to misdemeanour battery with serious injury charges and was given a suspended jail sentence.

Vampire Edward Cullen Partied Last Night

by Alice on Mar.04, 2010, under Actor

Robert Pattinson

The ‘Twilight’ hunk went along to trendy nightspot The Garage in Highbury and Islington with a big group of pals to support his friend Bobby Long – who was performing an acoustic set at the venue – but upset many female fans by refusing to pose for photographs with them.

One female reveller said: “He was shielded by his friends, but Rob leaned against the bar pint in hand. He was looking his usual yummily dishevelled self – black leather jacket, skinny jeans and smouldering good looks – and most of the women in the room suddenly felt the need for another drink. A few were even brave enough to ask for photos, which he seemed to be mostly refusing.”

When the 23-year-old actor – who is dating his ‘Twilight’ co-star Kristen Stewart – began to get frustrated with all the unwanted attention, he and his friends tried to hide in the bar’s outside area.

The source added to Radar Online: “He dodged into the smoking area and was quickly surrounded by a wall of friends but just hung out with them, no one really bothered him and he just chatted away with people.”

However, Robert quickly started to grow bored of the cold and returned to the bar for another pint of beer – though he continued to maintain a low-profile.

The fan said: “Considering that the music was so upbeat, he was there with friends and had a couple of beers, I was surprised Rob wasn’t enjoying the music like everyone else. Instead, with no one bothering him, he just went back to his corner of the bar and hunched over another pint with his head down.”
