The stunning actress – who has a five-year-old son Milo from her marriage to Royston Langdon – admits she tries to be careful about what she eats if she is working on a new movie.

Liv revealed: “I do feel pressure. I watch what I eat – I try to be balanced, but not to be strict all the time.

“When it’s the holidays or I’m not working, I want to cook beautiful meals and eat them with my son and enjoy life. Then before I have something coming up, maybe I’ll do three days where I’ll just make juices and smoothies and soups and eat a lot of vegetables.”

Despite occasionally taking a relaxed approach to her diet, the actress does admit to having a genuine interest in fashion and always tries to dress to suit her shape.

She said: “Jeans and a striped top and a blazer is a very good look for me, but I also love to wear cute little dresses or rompers with tights and my Converse or my little Lanvin flats.

“I’m pretty obsessed with rompers at the moment.”

The 40-year-old singer admits she has always been self-conscious about her appearance after somebody at her record company pointed it out.

She said: “I remember starting out and being at a record company at 19 and having someone tell me, ‘This is your good side and this is your bad side. Don’t ever let anyone take pictures of you from that side. You look terrible from that side,’ and so on. It created this whole complex – like I didn’t already have a complex!”

Mariah – whose mother is Irish-American and her father was an African-American of Venezuelan descent – says she has always been insecure about her looks because she’s mixed-race.

She said: “I felt very different as a bi-racial person. Growing up where I did, being half-black and half-white was a weird and difficult thing because I didn’t quite fit in either place and I moved around a lot. So when I went from that to this world it was like, let’s create an inferiority complex before we make this person go on TV and try to have confidence. So it was all about building self-confidence.”

The 47-year-old actor’s daughter Jane Carrey, 22, gave birth to a baby boy at a Los Angeles hospital on Friday (26.02.10) a few days ahead of her March 3 due date.
Jane – who fronts rock group The Jane Carrey Band – and her husband, Blood Money singer Alex ‘Nitro’ Santana, have named their new arrival Jackson Riley Santana.
A representative for the actor revealed Jackson weighed in at 7 lbs 11 oz and is 20 inches long.
Jim revealed his daughter was about to give birth this week on twitter.
On Tuesday (23.02.10), he tweeted: “Something beautiful is right around the corner.”
And on Friday he posted: “Right around the corner!”
When Jane announced her happy news last July, Jim – who split from Jane’s mother, his first wife Melissa Womer, in 1995 – predicted his daughter would be a fantastic parent.
He said at the time: “Jane is going to be a great mom.”

The actor portrays the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton’s new movie ‘Alice in Wonderland’ with a Scottish accent, and says he particularly enjoyed one scene where he got to wear a kilt, the national dress of Scotland.

He said: “The Scottish accent was something I did mess around with on ‘Finding Neverland’. That was a bit more Aberdeen, and Tim Burton and I talked about the Hatter being made up of different people and going to extremes… go dark and dangerous with the Scottish accent. I hope I arrived there. And I like wearing skirts too!”

The 46-year-old star – who last year was named the Sexiest Man Alive by People magazine for the second time – is also unsure why he is still considered a teen idol.

The Oscar-winning actor was on a rescue mission in the earthquake hit Caribbean nation when he discovered an orphaned child and a woman badly injured in a collapsed building.

The pair are believed to have been trapped after a small aftershock, and the 49-year-old actor – who runs the Jenkins-Penn Haitian Relief Organization – drove with his 19-year-old daughter Dylan to rescue them.

Sean managed to free the pair before personally driving them to the University of Miami hospital camp in the Haitian capital Port-au-Prince.

The ‘Milk’ star then waited for both the woman and child to be treated for their injuries before taking them back to his home as they had nowhere else to go.

Sean recently returned to Haiti following a three-week stint helping survivors.

He said: “We have to save Haiti. Relocation is, right now, the primary focus.”

He also admitted he may pull out of the ‘Three Stooges’ movie as he’s “not in a very funny state of mind right now”.

A number of celebrities have gone to Haiti to help with rescue efforts, including ‘Bad Boys’ singer Alexandra Burke and Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie.

He told Radar Online: “It was just wonderful to spend time with Angelina and Brad and the children.

“I’ve been waiting so long to hug my grandchildren and it was amazing, they are the most beautiful, loving kids you could imagine and I’m not just saying that because I’m their grandfather, they really are something special.

Although Angelina and Jon’s meeting came as a shock to many, the pair has been working on the reconciliation for a while.

However, the couple – who have sons Brooklyn, ten, Romeo, seven, and five-year-old Cruz – face competition from Russian vodka billionaire Tariko Roustam, 47, who is said to have offered an amazing £30 million for the property – ten times the asking price.

However, it is believed negotiations with the Beckhams are at an “advanced” stage and they are favourites to land the house.

The couple’s bid has also received the backing of Laglio’s mayor Roberto Pozzi.

He said: “It would be a shame if George went because he has become one of the locals and we have grown fond of him. Everyone has seen him when he comes over and he is always friendly.

“I know the Beckhams stayed at the villa last spring but I never saw them – if George does leave then I hope the Beckhams do buy the place as it will keep a touch of glamour in Laglio.”

The ‘Thriller’ star, who died aged 50 last year, told friends Dr Murray was the only medical professional he would trust just days before his death of a Propofol overdose on June 25, 2009.
According to The News of the World, Jackson said: “My doctor is the best in the world.
“I feel completely comfortable with him. I trust this guy with my life. He’s an incredible guy and understands what I need. He is a friend to me and my family.
“He makes me feel good about myself, and young again. Without him I wouldn’t be able to function.
“I need him to make my body – this machine – work the way it does.”
Jackson praised the doctor as he was preparing for a dress rehearsal in Los Angeles just two days before his death.
He was also insistent Dr Murray be paid £2 million to be available for him 24 hours a day.
The singer’s manager Frank DiLeo, said: “I said, ‘Michael, for $5 million, I’ll buy you a hospital’. He said this guy was his family doctor. It made sense to me, to a degree.”
Last week Dr Murray – who has pleaded not guilty to the involuntary manslaughter of Jackson – admitted he made a “mistake” with the version of events following Jackson’s death he first gave to the Los Angeles Police Department.
His lawyer Michael Flanagan said: “Dr Murray’s timeline of events that day when Michael Jackson died is wrong. Doctors make mistakes, and that is what he did, and it was simply that, a mistake.”
Initially the doctor claimed to give Jackson Propofol at 10:50am, left the house momentarily and returned to find the pop star unconscious.
After trying to revive Michael, he then left it for an hour before he called emergency services and called a fellow patient of his to discuss the results of a heart scan.
However, Murray has now admitted there was an error in the timeline of events.

The ‘Lovely Bones’ star also admitted she doesn’t feel the need to take time out of her schedule to work out because looking after Henry uses up so much of her energy.

She explained: “Carrying a toddler around is incredible. I’ve got in shape from the baby, not from the gym.”

In ‘The Lovely Bones’, Rachel plays a mother whose teenage daughter is brutally raped and murdered.

Despite the dark plotline, the actress says being able to go home to her family helped her switch off at the end of every day.

She said: “Any mother has worries about the death of her child, but as an actor you have to imagine all sorts of things – some beautiful, some ugly – and one isn’t necessarily harder than the other.

“In a way a film set is a safe place to imagine it because it’s not real. It’s just fantasy. When I went home I left it at work.”

The ‘Milk’ actor could be jailed for up to 18 months if found guilty of criminal battery and vandalism in relation to an incident last October.

The 49-year-old star was detained by police after allegedly hitting and kicking the photographer several times before breaking his camera.

He is expected to be arraigned on March 22 over the misdemeanour offences.

Meanwhile, Sean is returning to Haiti this weekend.

The actor – who has already spent three weeks in the Earthquake-stricken nation – hopes to do what he can to help survivors before expected storms hit and cause more damage.

He said: “We have to save Haiti. Relocation is, right now, the primary focus.”

Sean admits he has been so affected by what he has already seen in Haiti, he may quit his role in the ‘Three Stooges’ movie.

He said: “I’m not in a very funny state of mind right now.”

The Oscar-winning star has a history of violent confrontations with photographers.

In 1987, he was sentenced to 60 days in jail, serving roughly half that time behind bars, after attacking a photographer on a film set.
