Renowned designer Jimmy Choo says the ‘Celebration’ hitmaker – who was previously married to director Guy Ritchie and actor Sean Penn – admitted she loves his creations far more than getting intimate with the men in her life.

He said: “Madonna told me that buying a pair of my shoes is more satisfying than having sex with a man.

“At least you know they are going to last for ever!”

It seems 51-year-old Madonna – who is currently dating model Jesus Luz, 23 – has had a change of attitude to sex since her marriage to Guy ended.

Before their split, she boasted about their “amazing” love life.

She said: “I don’t know who told you that having children and getting married means there is no erotica in your life.

Frances Bean Cobain – whose father is late Nirvana rocker Kurt Cobain – has taken legal action against her mother just a week after guardianship of her was handed over to Kurt’s mother, Wendy O’Connor and sister Kimberly Dawn Cobain, at the teenager’s request.

A judge has issued a temporary restraining order forbidding Courtney to have contact with Frances, with another hearing is set for January 5 to consider making it permanent.

After guardianship of her daughter was taken from her last week, for undisclosed reasons, Courtney posted a rant on website Facebook branding her only child “deceptive and deluded”.

She wrote: “I hate to sound cold but any kid of mine who pulls this s**t has lost her position … she was deceptive, she lied and she’s lying to herself.”

While Frances is in her grandmother’s care, she still relies on her mother, who is in full control of Kurt’s estate, for money – which Courtney has also threatened to withhold from her.

Courtney added: “Frances is clearly deluded that can buy her grandmother a small house in LA (sic). I’d love to see how that works. She thinks she has all this money. The point is I have all the money she has.”

Kurt’s brother, Charles Fradenburg, said Wendy has been trying to get custody of 17-year-old Frances for a long time.

He said: “Courtney is not fit to take care of Frances, she can barely take care of herself. Courtney wasn’t doing any parenting at all, she was hiring nannies to do all of the work. This is a wonderful thing for the family.”

Kevin Jonas is getting married this weekend.

The Jonas Brothers singer – who got engaged to girlfriend Danielle Deleasa in July – is set to marry his fiancee on Saturday (19.12.09) in front of family and friends at an estate in Long Island, New York.

The 22-year-old musician is reportedly taking part in a wedding rehearsal today (18.12.09) which features a roller skating rink.

Kevin, the eldest of the pop siblings, met his fiancee in the Bahamas in 2007 and proposed to former hairdresser Danielle, 22, by turning up at her New Jersey doorstep last June with a ring, breaking teen girls’ hearts worldwide.

Danielle is said to be walking up the aisle in a strapless Vera Wang gown and a headpiece by designer Denise Leli.

A source said: “Danielle has gone for a romantic dress and an intricate headpiece with floral details, because when she met Kevin on the beach she was wearing a flower in her hair.”

Demi Lovato, who starred with The Jonas Brothers in ‘Camp Rock’, is one of the celebrity guests expected to attend the ceremony.

Kevin previously revealed both of his brothers, Joe, 20, and Nick, 17, will serve as best men.

The 24-year-old so said she wants to get Beyonce Knowles to help her in the US.

She told MTV: “Nicole is going back in the studio. We’re working on new music right now. There will be a few new faces in the Pussycat Dolls. I’ve been really putting that out there. I’m really excited about it. Inside every girl, inside every woman, is a Pussycat Doll and I always want to bring in new faces to really show that.

“The Pussycat Dolls are not breaking up. I’m the creator of the Pussycat Dolls and I own the brand. I would be the one to say, ‘OK, it’s over.’ But it’s so not.”

Robin wouldn’t reveal who of the current line-up – Nicole, Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt, Jessica Sutta and Melody Thornton – might be leaving but insists a change of faces will invigorate the group.

I’ve got the music waiting, and that’s what I’ll be doing. It’s been two years since The 02 show, so it’s time to do that.”

Jimmy, 65, insists he has never fallen out of love with the guitar and says his relationship with his instrument is like a happy marriage.

The musician – who has been married three times and is currently wed to Jimena Gomez-Paratcha, mother to three of his five children –added to Sky News: “There’s this bonding with this instrument. It’s as simple as that, they sort of speak with their own character. You can have this marvellous affair with a guitar, almost like a marriage. But at the end of the day it doesn’t ask you for alimony.”

‘Precious…’ – full title ‘Precious: Based On The Novel Push By Sapphire’ – will compete with ‘Inglourious Basterds’ for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture accolade, while Gabourey Sidibe competes with Diane for the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role gong.

Mo’nique earns the film its final nomination after being listed in the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role category.

The nominees were announced by Chris O’Donnell and Michelle Monaghan this morning (17.12.09) and the televised ceremony takes place on January 23 at the Shrine Exposition Center in Los Angeles.

The SAGs are considered a good indication of who will win Oscars at the Academy Awards the next month.

The ‘Harry Potter’ actress – who plays Hermione Granger in the wizard film series, which started in 2001 – has been awarded the title by the Guinness Book of World Records.

The 19-year-old star’s starring role in the six films, as well as her voice part in animated movie ‘The Tale Of Despereaux’, helped take $5.4 billion worldwide, putting the takings ahead of some of Hollywood’s big players including Julia Roberts, Halle Berry and Cameron Diaz.

She also boasts the highest average box office receipts per movie, with each of her films making an average of $897, 100,000.

Emma attended the open auditions for the first ‘Harry Potter’ in 1999, when she was just nine, and had no idea what she was letting herself in for.

She said: “I had no idea of the scale of the film series. If I had I would have been completely overwhelmed.”

The 49-year-old actress – who is a long-term environmental activist and has been arrested several times, most recently for obstructing environmentally devastating US mountain-top climbing – said she wants the world to become more aware of the environment and believes it only takes some small changes to make a difference.

She said: “There are so many things that everybody can do. Am I going to get some food in a Styrofoam container?

“Or am I going to bring my own cup and my own cutlery set and say I won’t participate in a disposable society?”

The ‘Kill Bill’ star is so passionate about the environment that she runs her car on vegetable fat, is a vegan, powers her US home with huge solar panels and doesn’t use the main electricity grid.

Daryl said she was positive about the future and hoped that in time, more people would take up her advice.

She said in an interview with The Sun newspaper: “I sense that youth culture has taken up the call. Almost everybody could grow seeds in their garden or on their window. All that stuff that poisons the air, the soil and the water – it should be against the fricking law!”

The ‘Did You Hear About The Morgans?’ star – who is known for playing suave English men in romantic comedy films – doesn’t work on as many movies as his peers because he’s “picky” and can only act a certain type of character.

He said: “I’m very picky but also very limited as an actor. There’s not much I can do.

“I’ve always said that if you give me an Ibsen script, I can get away with it. But there are a lot of people who can do it better. I think that’s right. And if you’re going to put all this effort and heartache… if you put a year of your life into this, it’s only worth it if you think you have something to offer in this area.”

The 49-year-old star also spoke about the crippling panic attacks he suffered while filming 2007 comedy ‘Music and Lyrics’ and admitted he almost quit acting as a result.

He told the USA Today newspaper: “I had all these panic attacks. They’re awful. I freeze like a rabbit. Can’t speak, can’t think, sweating like a bull. When I got home from doing that job, I said to myself, ‘No more acting. End of films.’ I really needed a big temptation to come back. I saw some doctors about getting over my panic attacks. They kind of convinced me I could.

“I’m pulled in two different directions. Part of me wants to hide, preferably under the bed, and not have anyone come near me. But I’m not happy if I’m not occasionally achieving something. My ego demands it.”
