The star has suffered with bunions – a deformity of the bone and joint which affects the big toe and can be extremely painful – for several years, but she now has to undergo an operation to fix the problem after aggravating the condition while competing on US TV talent show ‘Dancing with the Stars’.

She revealed: “I have flat feet and somewhere in the 25 years of my life, I tore the cartilage in my bunions in both feet.

“They asked me to have surgery. I said no, I didn’t want to have it because I believe if you start cutting things, you have a whole new set of problems and it wasn’t that bad. Basically, my doctor said, ‘Told you so, told you so. You wouldn’t be feeling this if you’d had the surgery.’ So I’m going to have to have it after the show.”

Until she has the surgery, Kelly – who is partnering professional dancer Louis van Amstel on the programme – is relying on painkilling injections from her doctor to compete.

She revealed on her Twitter page: “The injection I got in my foot has now completely worn off. I’m in so much pain I feel like I want to be sick!”

The 42-year-old star said: “They’re not very big, my boobs, so they just became normal size. I loved it! I felt very, ‘Woman’.

Nicole also revealed she is more in love than ever with her husband of three years Keith.

She said: “My new songs are a little bit more mature. I know how to handle boys now.

“Actually, I don’t even mess with boys anymore, I mess with men. It’s different because on ‘One of the Boys’ I was, like, 17 to 23 and some of those songs, like half the record, I wrote when I was 19 – and that’s such a different place than you are when you’re 25.”

The singer also revealed she has started “saving” details of her life, so her new songs will be more honest.

She added: “When I sit down to talk about things, sometimes I don’t give as much detail as I used to but I think I am saving it for the songs – and the songs I’m just gushing.

The American actors decided after a night of drinking together in Santa Barbara, California, they would join in with the celebrations next door to the bar they were at.

John said: “We were having fun, starting to relax, when we saw there was a wedding next door. We figured we’d crash it.”

At first, guests didn’t realise the actors – who were both TV stars in the late 70s, when the nuptials took place – were the real stars of shows ‘Welcome Back, Kotter’ and ‘Mork and Mindy’.

John, 55, added: “They figured out who we were. Some guy yelled out, ‘Hey, they really are Mork and Vinnie Barbarino!’ ”

The pair were reunited on the set of their latest film, comedy ’Old Dogs’, but their off-the-wall antics and on-set jokes proved too much for some of their co-stars to cope with.

John’s wife Kelly Preston, who plays Robin’s love interest in the movie, said: “The hardest part of being in a scene with any of these guys was not laughing and ruining every single take.

“And if you did laugh, the director just let us go with it, because they’re going to be goofy and try to make you laugh.”

The ‘Hannah Montana’ star – who has just signed up with ‘Twilight’ producers Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey to star in ‘Wings’, a fantasy movie which is similar in plot to the ‘Twilight’ movies – doesn’t get why so many people love the story about a school girl who falls in love with a vampire.

The 16-year-old singer said: “I’ve never seen it and I never will. I don’t believe in it. I don’t like vampires. I don’t like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I’m watching my TV at night. I don’t like it. I don’t want anything to do with it. I don’t like the shirts. I don’t like any of it.”

But Miley admits she is probably one of the only teenagers who won’t be rushing to see the new film, ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’, when it hits cinemas this weekend.

A spokesperson for the publication said: “At 46, the father of two still reigns as Hollywood’s most irresistible iconoclast; as one-of-a-kind as his beloved 15-year-old boots and as smouldering as his favourite Cuban cigars.

“He has had women swooning since his days as a teen detective on ‘21 Jump Street’.”

False reports had circulated earlier this week that ‘Twilight’ star Robert Pattinson had been awarded the title.

Hugh Jackman will also be pleased, as earlier this month he told how he was looking forward to passing on the Sexiest Man Alive title he was awarded last year so he could stop taking care of himself.

He said: “The pressure’s off. I can be a slob again. I thought there were thousands of other guys that deserved it, but it’s been a great year.”

The soccer star – who has three sons with wife Victoria Beckham – and his Los Angeles Galaxy teammates are to undertake a morale-boosting visit to Kaiserslautern, South West Germany, to stay in US barracks from next Monday (23.11.09) to show support for soldiers in Afghanistan.

During the visit, the sportsmen will visit troops and their families in their homes at the base, as well as meeting injured soldiers at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Centre.

On November 26 – Thanksgiving Day – David and his teammates will play a friendly soccer match against Kaiserslautern FC, with around 25,000 tickets being made available to US servicemen, Defence Department staff and their families.

David – who met 30 British servicemen in March at the England national side’s training ground – has been criticised for opting to visit US troops rather than their British counterparts.

However, Colonel Bob Stewart, Chairman of Action for Armed Forces, said the soldiers would be happy to be visited by other famous faces instead of the soccer star.

He said: “Beckham plays for an American team and I expect he goes wherever they want him to go.

“There are plenty of other people who can travel to support British troops instead of him. If he does want to visit them in the future that’s fine. If not, someone else will.”

Samuel J. Levin – who was branded “incompetent” by the actor over his financial advice, which Nicolas claimed has led him towards financial ruin – insists the ‘Con Air’ star was already in deep debt when he hired him in 2001.

In the complaint filed last week, Levin insisted Cage refused to listen to his advice, resulting in him having an unpaid tax bill believed to be around $6 million.

He said: “From the start of our Business Management Agreement he knew about his perilous financial situation and he knew he was behind on paying his taxes.”

The business manager claims he “warned” the actor he needed to earn a minimum of $30 million a year to support his lavish lifestyle and agreed a string of financial objectives which included selling “more than a dozen” of his cars and his $1.6 million comic book collection.

However, following a “string of hit films”, the 45-year-old actor started splashing out again and “set off on a spending binge of epic proportions” and by July 2008 Cage owned 15 homes – including two castles – four yachts, a Gulfstream jet, millions of dollars worth of jewellery and art and an island in the Bahamas.

Despite being warned to slow his spending, the actor went on to buy another 22 cars  – including nine Rolls Royces – three houses, 47 pieces of artwork and exotic item purchases and 12 pieces of expensive jewellery, with Levin claiming his advice was “ignored and rebuked”.

Levin was eventually fired, with the actor filing his original suit shortly after his 2008 tax return was filed.

Last week, Cage lost two of his New Orleans homes due to foreclosure auction.

The Barbados-born singer – who made a return to the UK this week to preview her uop LP ‘Rated R’ and it’s dark new sound – wanted it to be even rockier but her record label had a “seizure”.

The 21-year-old star approached guitarist Nuno Bettencourt, of US band Extreme, to play on the record but Rihanna’s record label stopped the collaboration.

Nuno told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper: “I think the label had a seizure so they went down another route.”

However, Rihanna was joined by Nuno on stage at her London show at the 02 Brixton Academy on Monday night (16.11.09) and after the performance he was honoured to join her.

The 43-year-old rocker said: “I’ve been asked to play with pop artists in the past but turned them down because they didn’t really get the vibe. But when I spoke to Rihanna she was totally into transforming herself into a heavy rock chick.”

At her after-party at London nightspot Mahiki on Monday, Rihanna partied with boy band JLS, singer Mr Hudson and Chipmunk.

She said: “I love British guys, they are so sweet. And the ones here tonight are so talented.”

The concert was Rihanna’s first live show since she was assaulted by then-boyfriend Chris Brown in February.

The singer – who was first rumoured to have separated from the music executive in July – admitted she didn’t keep in touch with any of her ex-lovers apart from Jermaine during a US radio interview.

Speaking on Atlanta’s ‘Bert Show’, Janet said: “I’m not the type of girl that stays in touch with your ex like that. But Jermaine is one of my best friends. I love him to death. We’re still connected. We’re still good friends. We still talk.”

Janet, 43, was reported to have ended her seven-year relationship with Jermaine, 37, in the summer in the wake of her pop superstar brother Michael’s shock death in June.

At the time, it was claimed the ‘All For You’ singer decided to call time on the romance because she felt suffocated by her lover.

The former Beverly Hills dentist was found by a concierge at his waterfront Jersey City apartment in New Jersey on November 5 after he failed to keep a doctors appointment.

News of his death only emerged yesterday (17.11.09).

It comes just five months after his son’s alleged abuser Michael Jackson died at his Los Angeles home from acute Propofol intoxication.

A police source said: “We have ruled it as suicide because he was found with a gun held to his body. He had a single bullet wound to the side of his head.

“There was no note but officers did find medication in keeping with a serious medical condition.”

Dad-of–four Chandler’s claim that Jackson had abused his son triggered the singer’s fall from grace in the early 90s.

A 13-month police probe followed including a raid on Jackson’s Neverland Ranch, in California.

The case never reached court after Jordy was given a $22 million settlement and signed a contract agreeing never to talk about the allegations.

After the public furore following the allegations, divorcee Evan underwent a series of bizarre cosmetic surgery operations, just as Michael did.

Jordy – now 29 and living in Long Island, New York, under an assumed name – had fallen out with his father.

He took out a restraining order against him in 1996 claiming his dad had attacked him with a dumbbell weight.

In the same year, Evan filed a $60 million lawsuit against Michael and his then-wife Lisa Marie Presley for talking about the case – allegedly breaching the confidentiality contract.

The officer in charge of the suicide probe, former Santa Barbara County Sheriff Jim Thomas, said yesterday: “Everybody in this whole saga was touched tragically.”

The 39-year-old rapper is producing ‘Fela!’ – a play based on the life of Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, who is credited as one of the founders of afrobeat and who died in 1997 – with Hollywood couple Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith.

Jay-Z – whose artistic involvement is thought to be minimal given that the show is already in previews – has not publicly revealed how much money he has invested in the production.

Jay-Z, Will and Jada will be making an appearance on the red carpet when the show opens at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre, in New York, next Monday (23.11.09).

‘Fela!’ is directed and choreographed by Tony Award-winning star Bill T. Jones, and music for the show has been arranged by the Antibalas Afrobeat Orchestra.

The producer and singer said he originally offered his track – the first single from his latest album ‘Rokstarr’ – to the Girls Aloud singer, for her debut solo record, but she took too long deciding whether to record it or not.

He said: “I wrote a couple of songs sent them over to her people – one of them was ‘Break Your Heart’, the other was ‘Stand Up’.

“Her record company heard it and I guess they were dilly dallying a little bit so they came back and they were too late for ‘Break Your Heart’, so we put it out as me.”

While Cheryl included ‘Stand Up’ on her album ‘3 Words’, ‘Break Your Heart’ became Taio’s first solo number one single in the UK on September 20.

However, Taio is confident he would have gone on to similar success even if he had given away the track.

He added to BANG Showbiz: “I think I’ve got songs on my album that, fingers crossed, would have done just as well. And if not, I would have written something else.

“The song I wrote for Cheryl’s album, ‘Stand Up’, I think could be a smash.”

Cheryl’s first single, ‘Fight For This Love’, also reached number one in the UK on 25 October.

‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ actor feels a “deep connection” with canines and if he was to swap from being a human, would want to become a domesticated four legged pet.

When asked what he would like to become, he said: “I think I’d be a dog. The lifestyle of a dog has always fascinated me: You sleep, sit around, get stroked, eat and get walked from time to time. That’s great!

“There is a deep connection between me and dogs.”

If he couldn’t completely transform himself physically and had to settle with getting a different job, Robert, who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the movie franchise, would like to be a music producer.

He said: “Being a music producer would be the perfect job for me. Or I would like to write.

“In any case it would be something creative. Perhaps also a stockbroker. I like everything that is hectic.”

Robert  – who wrote two songs on the soundtrack to ‘New Moon’ – also said that his guitar is one of the things he can never be without.

He added to Gala.de: “I like to take my guitar everywhere. I’m actually quite frugal but I’ve bought a 1951 vintage electric guitar after filming ‘Twilight’ in Vancouver.

“That was the first time in my life that I felt really decadent. Normally, I don’t need any luxury. Look at me – I wear the same clothes nearly every day.”

Pamela, 42, said in an interview with British talk show host Jeremy Kyle which will air today (18.11.09): “Well I’ve tried it and I don’t like it. I’m completely hyper and it actually doesn’t work for me. I’ve dabbled in things.”

The blonde star – who has two sons, Brandon, 12, and 11-year-old Dylan, from her failed marriage to Motley Crue rocker Tommy Lee – admits she still drinks on occasions and can still “get crazy” when she wants to.

She explained: “I haven’t had a drink in a month, I don’t drink. Champagne – sometimes I’ll drink it and I’ll get a little crazy, doing backflips and, you know, wrestling people on the floor, but I’m taking a break right now, my friend calls it ‘detox so you can retox’.”

Pamela is currently living in a trailer with her sons while her Malibu home is being renovated, and she admits the troubled development has turned into such a nightmare she is going to sell the property.

She said: “I’m going to sell it. I hate it. People commit suicide over constructions. Relationships break down over constructions and I can see why. It rips your heart out.”

The actress-and-TV star has spent millions of dollars renovating the house, including having solid gold tiles put down around the pool and platinum tiles laid in other parts of the property, and is being sued by five building firms over unpaid bills.

The American rockers’ 2001 debut LP topped a list compiled by British music magazine NME made up of votes from record producers, label bosses and musicians, including members of Radiohead and Arctic Monkeys who both rank highly.

Troubled rocker Pete Doherty saw three of his albums make the list, with his former band The Libertines coming in second place with their debut effort ‘Up The Bracket’.

The group’s second, and final, self-titled release was placed at number 24, while his other band Babyshambles saw their debut record ‘Down In Albion’ achieve 35th place.

NME Editor Krissi Murison said: “This is the definitive word on the greatest albums of the ‘00s – as voted for by everyone who helped make music brilliant this decade.”

Veteran rockers Primal Scream came in third place with ‘Xtrmntr’, while Arctic Monkeys’ debut album ‘Whatever People Say I am, That’s What I’m Not’ was fourth and ‘Fever To Tell’ by US group Yeah Yeah Yeahs came fourth.

The ‘Maps’ hitmakers were one of six acts to have two LPs make the list, with ‘Show Your Bones’ placed at 32.

In addition to Yeah Yeah Yeahs and The Libertines, Radiohead, The White Stripes, Arcade Fire and The Streets all saw two records make it into the top 50.

The best represented year of the decade was 2002, with a total of eight albums released in the year placed in the list.

The hip-hop star – married to singer Beyonce Knowles – is in talks to work with the Girls Aloud beauty who last month launched her solo career.

Cheryl – whose debut album ‘3 Words’ entered the UK album chart at number one – has told pals having Jay-Z as her new mentor is “beyond her wildest dreams”.

A source told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “Cheryl is the biggest fan of Jay-Z and Beyonce. To hear the feeling is mutual has totally made her year.

“She never imagined her album would have taken off like this. To get Jay-Z’s support is beyond her wildest dreams.”

The collaboration has arisen after Cheryl met Beyonce on last year’s series of UK TV talent show ‘The X Factor’, on which Cheryl is a judge.

The ‘Sweet dreams’ singer teamed up with Cheryl’s contestant Alexandra Burke for a show-stopping duet.

After the programme, the two pop stars hit it off as they hung out in the dressing rooms together.

But at the time, Cheryl was convinced she had acted like a crazed fan when she met her idol.

She said: “I turned into a fool when I saw Beyonce, I couldn’t speak to her. I really embarrassed myself.”

The ‘30 Rock’ star is co-hosting next year’s ceremony with Steve Martin and believes there are higher expectations on the comic actor because he has fronted the Oscars ceremony before.

He quipped: “It is all on Steve. Steve Martin has done this before, while for me it is the first time. All the pressure is on Steve Martin.”

Despite his confidence, the actor is still amazed he was given the job and keeps waiting for someone to cancel his booking.

He joked: “I am doing it until they change their mind. I do have some preparations, but it is a secret.”

Steve – who fronted the 73rd and 75th Academy Awards – and Alec are the first people to co-host the ceremony since the first Oscars show in 1929.

Producers Adam Shankman and Bill Mechanic said: “We think the team of Steve and Alec are the perfect pair of hosts for the Oscars.

“Steve will bring the experience of having hosted the show in the past and Alec will be a completely fresh personality for this event.”

The 82nd Academy Awards take place on March 7 at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles.

The Hollywood bachelor – who previously dated actress Elizabeth Hurley for 13 years and socialite Jemima Khan for three years – has revealed the sport is his first love and he even gets up in the middle of the night to practice his swing.

The 49-year-old actor told Britain’s Daily Express newspaper: “When you say to a girl ‘I play golf’ her eyes glaze over. I do feel guilty about my golf. You know you’re a sad case when you spend your spare time reading books on putting or going on YouTube to watch slow motion golf swings.

“I’ll get out of bed in the middle of the night and practice my swing in front of the mirror. I’m obsessed and it’s destroying my life. Golf is an addiction.”

The ‘Notting Hill’ star – who has previously revealed he has travelled thousands of miles to play 18 holes – also spoke about the “physical sensation” he gets when he hits the little white balls.

He said: “I’ve decided the most addictive element is the physical sensation when in a rare moment you hit the ball flush in the middle of the club. The only thing that comes close is when I was taught to play the piano – the vibration when you hit a beautiful chord.”

The ‘Charlie’s Angels’ actress – who lost her battle with cancer in June aged 62 – reportedly left $4.5 million to son Redmond O’Neal and $100,000 to ex-boyfriend Greg Lott, who has recently claimed he was the star’s secret boyfriend but had been banned from seeing her by Ryan.

However, Ryan and close friends Alana Stewart and Craig Nevius – who chronicled the actress’ cancer battle in TV documentary ‘Farrah’s Story’ – were not named in the document, which was most recently updated on 9 August 2007 and appeared to have been signed by the actress.

Farrah also left $500,000 each to her nephew Greg Walls and father James Fawcett.

The document, obtained by website RadarOnline, also shows that Farrah’s last wishes were ignored.

The trust states: “Settlor declares that she wishes to remain at home for as long as possible during any period of illness or incapacity and to die at home.”

Farrah passed away at St. John’s hospital in Santa Monica, California on June 25.

Ryan – who is the father of recovering alcohol and drug addict Redmond – and Farrah’s 15-year relationship ended in 1997 but the pair reunited in 2006 shortly after she was diagnosed with anal cancer.

Farrah and Ryan’s relationship was tempestuous, with the ‘Love Story’ actor’s son Griffin O’Neal previously saying his dad couldn’t stay faithful.

Griffin said: “Was he faithful to her in the relationship? No. Are you kidding? She walked in on him and he was with some other woman.

“Their relationship was bombastic at times. There were great times. There were very hard times. By the time Redmond was five, they lived in separate rooms in a very large house.”
